I want to give half, or they deserve 0 stars, not even 1. They are the rudest customer service representatives and are not helpful with returns at all. I mistakenly passed the return date, and the products are untouched and with tags, even though they only suggested the wrong size. I requested to return past the return date, but they said no return, no exchange, nothing. That means you are just stuck with their wrong-size products. Unbelievable, Zara. Your reviews online explain your customer service. It was such a painful and bad experience. NEVER buy again from ZARA.
