Have placed the order for a few items. Recieved sweatshirt instead of co-ord set. Contacted customer service about my situation. Have to tell customer service is brilliant, I got reply in minutes through Whats app. Due to item I have ordered is not in stock anymore I will get return label and refund. Appreciate that.Asked if I could get at least free delivery for my next order as this obviously is not nice situation for the customer, when you expect your order and due to somebody’s mistake you can’t get it. But because my other item in the order is in perfect condition I can not get free delivery.Not asking for anything myself now, just a suggestion for Zara, wouldn’t you think it can be a good idea to offer something small to customer who has the simmilar situation happened as mine?I personally like Zara, but 4 stars only because of this case.
