I placed an order 10 days ago. It states tracking unavailable. I try through ever medium to contact Zara...no one takes calls to obtain an update...guess what I get a Robot telling me to click on the tracking info 😡 I spend thousands of pounds at Zara, maybe they can invest some of this into customer care!!!!
