No customer service! 0! Nish!, Nada!, Nothing! 4th day now with no facility to return items.Chat facility, over 2 hours today, 4 differing staff members closed the chat facility. I presume the question may have been too difficult. Rather than answer, chat closed down.Tried the WhatsApp facility, started at 11:35 this morning. My message;HiI’m unable to send 1 of my 3 returns (boxes)Returns have been processed by yourselves, however 1 box is too large for the Inpost parcel locker.Inpost have advised to contact you for a new returns label and differing returns company due to the fact they have no lockers large enough to accommodate your largest box.I believe my message was clear…..Still no response via Zara’s WhatsApp‘support’ line….at 21:23 Zara sent me this;‘We sincerely apologise for not getting back to you. If you still need assistance, please contact us again tomorrow from 8 AM. Thank you’.This has been the case for the past 4 days.Not sure what I do now, except to travel 15 miles to nearest store and take garments back that way after purchasing online?
