Terrible company. I ordered a jacket as xmas present 3 weeks ago and it still hasnt even been dispatched even though it says in stock. Terrible customer service, Unable to talk to anyone Its all AI bot and you get nowhere. I just want my money back for product never even sent. Avoid Zara. First time used...never again!
