Customer services absolutely useless. The issue started approximately a month ago. I visited a store to return an order in order to avoid any return costs. The store assistant informed me that the return code was not working and advised me to contact online customer service. I then went to another store, where I encountered the same issue – a problem on Zara's side.Consequently, I contacted customer service online and requested a label for a free return so that I could send the package back. Unfortunately, my first attempt was unsuccessful, so I wrote again and also requested returns for two other orders. The representative informed me that the orders must be returned separately. I assumed this was not an issue since the return was supposed to be free.I sent the packages back, but to my surprise, I was charged for all three returns. I filed a complaint, and in response, I received another return label even though the packages had already been received by Zara. I have described my problem numerous times on the chat, but I continue to receive the same generic responses, and my refund request for the return costs is being denied.Is this standard practice at Zara, to deceive customers and provide no assistance? If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities.
