First I spent ages, trying to get the item sent to store, which the website wouldn’t allow me, before after 15 minORDRENR. 53802625074This is turning out to be a flipping nightmare and complete waste of my time!- Bought online on Thur 01.08.24- Told it would be ready to collect Fri 02.08.24- No update was available, (no way to call or email for help)! Then an email arrived sun 04.08.24, stating the item was ready to collect in store- On mon 05.08.24, I made the trip into your store, to collect the item, only 2 people are ahead of me, in the line. My order number is taken straight away, but it takes 20 minutes, before I am told, that there os nothing for me to collect, that there is nothing they can do, so I just wasted a trip in to town and 20 minutes, for nothing???? That is the point of buying online, a QUICK and SMOOTH collection, you not only wasted my time but also failed on both the above!I tried calling the store, in advance, to ensure the parcel really was ready, but guess what, of course you just get a machine telling you, about opening hours, you can’t reach the store…What are you going to do about it? It’s completely unacceptable, that a company of your size, can’t even get a simple email order done correctly!
