Always was satisfied 😌 not this time, spend nearly 200 for new collection staff, manager was not talkative at all in Aberdeen Union Square, told leave the shop and connect customer service, my staff was booked for special occasion and I was shocked when was told it is not available as I was booked it in advance to collect because work ofshore and do not have time to go shopping. Never ever again go to shop Zara. I hope to get my money back too.
