Zara is AWFUL. I received a parcel unfortunately right after I got out of a very serious surgery. I was laid up on the couch and unable to move. The jeans had a terrible red mark on the inside that looked almost like paint. It was a very big mark. I talked to the live chat. The system threw me off three times and all the chat could say to me was drop it at a drop point or at the shop. When I explained there was no shop for over an hours drive and I couldn't get off the couch they suggested a friend drop it off at the shop....no "karen" it's still far away. Anyway all of this was mute as I was telling there was no chance of me returning it in time and I love the jeans so could they give me any info on what it may be and how to remove it. I then tried the face book page and got a very rude person tell me I could not get my money back unless (say it with me) I dropped it at the shop or a drop off point. They wanted no part of what I was actually asking them. The answer was...I believe the chat helped you goodbye. I sat with my mouth open. I had actually screenshoted the rudeness of the chat and sent it to show her on Facebook....could not have cared less, did not even address it!! My last reply was that I would NEVER shop at Zara again. Of course, no reply to that at all. I have completely changed my wardrobe this year with quality brands. I have spent soooo much money this year. Zara will not get another cent from me.
