I can't seem to get into my zoom account. They is NO user friendly nor efficient way to get customer support. I was trying through the "chat" option for over an hour only to still be shut out with only the promise of a submitted "ticket" to help with my problem. I was not permitted to speak with a real person and the efforts to resolve this were awkward and inefficient. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will be looking for a new way moving forward.
