We paid for a pro licence for zoom events to host a medical conference. Really struggling with a conference submission. It keeps getting rejecting - waiting more than 5 days now without any help from their “customer service” who just issue a ticket and advise to wait for the appropriate team. I would strongly suggest another company for online conferences/webinars.
