Appalling company! Total absence of customer service. In pandemic the message is, if you pay for Pro, you won't be able to get support! What planet are they on? It's 2020. Your competitors are coming up fast and you cannot afford to take this attitude with customers. If you can't cope, sell it to somebody who can because you have customers who need support NOW, not robots and a total lack of service. This is one of 2 things, you're either out of your depth or complacent. I'm off to find a better service. Would never recommend now.
