I have a Basic Account (free) and use it solely to call 1 person. Yet, Zoom keeps charging my credit card. When I log onto my Zoom account, all the settings are for the free account. Last year, I had a paid account -- but I downgraded when I had trouble with it and couldn't get customer support.I can't get anyone at Zoom to remove my stored credit card info. This company's customer support is the worst ever...
