I had a year of using Zoom during lockdown for family get togethers, no issues at all and a real life saver. Unfortunately I forgot to cancel auto-renewal and I no longer need the paid version. I emailed customer support and within 10 minutes they had refunded my payment, even though they legally didn't have to. A decent ethical company, thank you.
