Our flight is very late and it is late at night. That being said, delta agents have been very rude with the exception of two agents who manned the.help desk. We are all tired and as customers have a legitimate reason to wonder if these delays will lead to a cancellation. To be treated rudely by delta personnel is inexcusable

I have no problem with Amazon products or its services. But why make it so hard for customers (particularly Indian) to speak to a Amazon customer care attendant?? My return pick up was scheduled after nearly 3 months!!!. It was sent to a different address. Therefore, I had to reschedule my Return pick up. There are no options in the wesite Hlp or Customer care support where this can be done online. I have wasted nearly 2 hours in dialling various customer service numbers but they all lead to either a call drop or response through keypad numbers which also results in disconnection of call..

I am completely disappointed in my Zazzle order. I ordered 12/26 and did not receive until 1/6 but envelopes were not received to actually send them. I contacted Zazzle customer service and was told they would be expedited. They were not. I contacted them again 1/13, after not receiving the envelopes, and a tracking number was created during my chat (a week with no action and USPS still has not received the order). It will take me almost a month to receive my completed order, if I actually receive it. This is unacceptable. If I knew it would take this long, I would have ordered from another company.

BEWARE you cannot return items purchased in store through the mail. I visited a Chicago Zara (I live a couple hours away) when I got home and washed the sweater for my daughter it came out with 2 holes (she hasn’t even worn it yet). I contacted Zara by phone, chat and email and their response? ‘We can’t help you, you have to return in store.‘ They are notoriously awful helping with anything other than a basic return. Don’t waste your money on their products that don’t hold up. they are super cute but made very cheaply.

No matter what issue I encounter, they've always been able to resolve it with clear explanations and quickly too.For example, I didn't know I purchased an additional plan on a domain I no longer use.
