Very bad e-commerce retailer, sell bad products with false warranty promises. No after sales support and false assurances. Stay away buy expensive warranty required products. Will recommend Amazon or buy from local dealers, but never from Flipkart.I have been a regular customer and bought many items from flipkart. Last one was the worst where I bought a SANSUI AC for my old parents. The AC was faulty one and leaking compressor. For past one year neither flipkart, nor SANSUI is helping with a solution under warranty coverage.

We are a small business with 14 people and have been using dropbox since 2007. I find the product itself to be excellent and it syncs files across all machines in different states. However, the super weak link is support. The software stopped syncing almost 30 days ago. Number emails, calls, etc with support rendered zero results. I even called HQ in San Francisco to complain, no response. I finally got everything resolved with our contract IT company, but that was spendy.

Purchased a 98" TV from Amazon in November and was delivered damaged. Called Amazon right away, they arranged for a freight company to pick up on December 23rd. Called numberous times and chatted with agents who are NOT helpful and now telling me they can not track and find the TV, however, I am able to track it and it shows EXACTLY where delivered. I sent demand letter with all proof to legal department and no response. I need my $3,000 back! Now I will have to take them to court. DO NOT BUY ELECTONICS FROM AMAZON

Poor website and poor instructor:After battling through the website, which kept crashing when it wasn't taking me down a dead end, I managed to sign up for a free course. I went through the initial phases which had a Dutchman explaining in poor English what was going on. I was then supposed to spend time making contact with other students which I did not really need to do.After getting half-way through the first session I gave up because I could not understand what the instructor was saying; so glad I did not pay the money.
