Like dealing with a robot with no desire to help paying customers. Parts of their interface have always bothered me but I carried on. However, the customer service is so bad it's laughable and they seem completely unbothered that we are leaving after 5+ years of business due to their inflexibility.

Well i belive facebook is beyong unsafe, and more like a very dangerous platform you have to be constantly carefull just to navigate , chat, view pics or videos, to many scams and hackers on facebook, and there is no security what so ever for any users. any false pages personal or business can contact you or mess with you in way by a quick interaction. if they had verified users with goverment id. all the scamers, hackers wont be able to hide who they are and there personal contact details. so that the authorities know where to look and for whom. thats why favebook is a heaven for human traffickers, illegal supliment, identity theft, bank or cc thieves, all sorts of dangers actualy found on fb, on top also the market place so you can always meet or be setup by any crimanal groups. I dont see why they dont have an id check.

One of the worst and untrustworthy site. I've been charged twice a month at the same day without my awareness and on top of that didn't receive the images download service. I contacted them with all the proof of evidence screen shots of bank transaction etc and despite that they are refusing to either refund me or even get the access of my 15 images x 2months, Total of 30 images they owe me. However I'm deciding to take further legal action against them as they are disregarding my complaint emails. This is UNACCEPTABLE AND SCAM TO ME.
