Review of eBay

Six months ago

Six months ago, I purchased a watch on eBay, but the product has never arrived. Despite repeatedly reaching out to eBay customer service, I have not received any response. Furthermore, even though I have provided all the necessary details to the seller and eBay, I have not received a refund.It is disappointing that a platform that should prioritize customer satisfaction remains so unresponsive. I expected a large company like eBay to take responsibility, yet after two months, no solution has been provided. I have been financially and emotionally distressed by this situation. I demand that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I receive the refund I am entitled to.

Dell Doesn't Care About Customers

On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, I placed an order, via the Dell website, for a keyboard and mouse combo (sale price of $219.99, total price of $240.89, including free expedited shipping). This was a cyber week deal. My payment method was my Dell Financial Services Account which I have used in the past without issue. I received an email confirmation of my order. The delivery date was Monday, Dec. 4.On Saturday, December 2, 2023, I logged into my account to see the shipping progress of my items. The order had been canceled. I was never notified. There was no reason given. I submitted a support ticket (180890933) and was promised an answer within one business day. I received email confirmation that the support ticket had been submitted.On Monday, December 4, 2023, at close of business, I logged into my account to see why I had not received a response to my support ticket. According to the Dell website, my support ticket did not exist. I submitted another support ticket (181005893). Again, I was promised a response within one business day, and, again, I received email confirmation that the support ticket had been submitted.On Tuesday, December 5, 2023, still having received no response, I logged into my Dell account to check the support ticket. The Dell website, again, claimed that neither support ticket existed.I then called Dell Support (866.350.3355). Dell Support said the problem was the bank servicing my Dell Financial Services Account. They conferenced me in with Comenity and required me to verify all of my information. Once this was done, the Support Representative said he would transfer me to the sales team, that I would be able to re-order the items at the sale price, and that I would receive free shipping. Instead of transferring me to the sales team, he hung up. The call duration was 29:30.That same afternoon, I tried chatting with a Sales Representative (Chat Log 07154877). The representative said he could offer me free overnight shipping, but that the price of the item had increased, and he could not honor the original price. I asked him to transfer me to someone who could adjust the price. The Sales Representative ended the chat. The chat duration was 30:36.Later that afternoon, I tried calling sales directly (877.275.3355). I spoke with a sales representative who transferred me to an individual claiming to have the authority to adjust the price. He told me that overnight shipping was not possible, but that he would include free expedited shipping and would send a link to my email address to re-order the items at the price I originally agreed to. He said the link would be in my inbox within 24 hours. On Thursday, December 7, 2023, having received no link, I chatted with a Sales Representative (Chat Log 07169458). The Sales Representative was unable to help with my order and requested that I speak with Customer Service (866.350.3355) and ask for a Supervisor. The chat duration was 26:27.That afternoon, I called Dell Customer Support (866.350.3355) and asked for a supervisor. The Customer Support Representative hung up on me. The call duration was 1:29.I called back to Dell Customer Support (866.350.3355) and asked for a supervisor. The Sales Representative refused to let me speak with a supervisor. He said I needed to call the Sales Department and ask to speak to a supervisor. He either would not or could not transfer me. He provided the following phone numbers to try: 800.456.3355 / 800.489.3355. He provided me with Case #181246204 and told me he would be filling in all of the details to ensure that this gets resolved. The call duration was 17:48.I next reached out to @DellCares on x.com. I received only pre-programmed responses that did not relate to my situation or offer any solutions. I received no response to my follow-ups. I sent 9 messages total and received 4 stock replies.It’s been 8 days since I placed my order, and, not only do I not have my items, I am actively being prevented – by Dell – from ordering my items. What is going on, Dell?

Review of ulta

Zero Stars

There is no way to contact Ulta Beauty Corporate to file a complaint. Every call using their customer service numbers gets routed to a call center in the Philippines, who were given limited capacity to solve problems and have constant connection issues, which result in calls being dropped. An order was placed in early February (2 months ago), where the Ulta Beauty warehouse worker sent bottles with loose caps that leaked out of the package before it was even delivered. TWO more replacements later over the course of a month, every box was still sent with leaking contents. I asked for a refund and NONE was offered except in the form of a gift card. I explained to every agent (about 20) that I spoke to that I have no intention of ever ordering with Ulta Beauty again and that a gift card just creates a vicious cycle. None of them offered to do anything about it. On top of them, I have been chasing this unicorn gift card for a month now, as it was NEVER sent. Every time I reach an agent and he/she promises that it will be EMAILED to me within 48 hours, it does not appear. On top of that, their customer service email department blocks specific customers' email addresses and refuses to respond. Like other reviews have mentioned, avoid Ulta Beauty like the plague. Use Sephora or Macy's instead.

I was hesitant about this when I first heard about it. My daughter loves this. I was struggling to figure it out, running in and out, not spending much time setting it up. Well I got it figured out and this has turned out to be pretty amazing.

Dashlane did what it was supposed to do…

Dashlane did what it was supposed to do but didn't have some of the features or layouts I was expecting/wanted.Online customer service is a bit lacking but works.Apart from that its not a bad tool.
