I will never use this organiser again. I agree you can’t contact anybody. If you submit any query etc, takes ages to acknowledge. I too got an email eventually to say I could donate the monies I’ve paid for something that isn’t going ahead, These are difficult times for everybody, but in my eyes this is like theft, they’ve taken my money and I’ve nothing in return. Not happy at all, also I believe people are struggling with stress/ anxiety which is made worse when you have to deal with organisers like these. Never again no matter what

After waiting in for my delivery, the delivery man rang my apartment intercom, didn't speak and proceeded to post in the reception letterbox where everyman and his uncle had access to it. Not all residents or visitors are trustworthy. Please do better training your drivers.

Update: Increased from 1 star to 3 stars. I'm very grateful for the excellent customer service from the Shapeways team in recognising the error, refunding part of the payment where there has been miscalculations, and for their commitment to review how any further tax payments are highlighted at the checkout. Can't really give higher as some of those changes haven't yet been implemented and this was a very stressful experience for myself and a disabled family member. Nonetheless my faith in the company has been restored and I look forward to shopping with them again.I have been left with a completely avoidable £59 charge having spent over £150 already with them. They don't calculate the tax if you spend over £135 which there was no reference to whatsoever on the checkout. Had I known I simply wouldn't have spent above this amount (perfectly possible with my order) and now I risk losing it entirely. All I needed was a sentence referencing the policy and this could have been avoided, rather than diving into their FAQ's after the exorbitant charge from UPS!

My Nest Protect smoke / carbon monoxide detector started to empty battery life after 3yrs, after changing 6 costly Energisers each time I found ou that my unit is now faulty, so much for warranty! Google Nest advertise these units can last up to 10 YRS, ignoring my emails as there is ONLY a 2yr warranty, will now be changing ALL my products, VERY POOR customer service

2.5 stars (free version, with-out registration). For simple German to English and English to German, it gives good translations, and faster than Google Translate. How-ever, it does not recognize common slang and idioms, giving word-for-word translations. I use it some-times, but for individual, tricky words, I recommend leo.org.

I made a one-off purchase of 25 credits which I used within an hour. Checked my bank account today and I thought they had charged me twice. As it turned out, they have a totally unfair auto-enabled "renew" feature which basically charges you again and adds 25 more credits to your account when you have used the last of the previous set. I went on the website and contacted their chat feature. They have told me that I will receive a refund within 48 hours... I will believe that when I see it. Why do this? There are subscription options available. all the have done is annoy a potential long-term customer. No morals.

High fees, slow in every process, constant app unavailability due to updates or bugs, one of which costed me to totally lose 0.4 BTC (for which I have been compensated with only200 Eur).One of the early adopters back in 2020 but they have nothing to offer anymore.
