Robbed by a streaming service

Love the streaming service but account billing is horrible. My husband and I thought we signed up with family sharing and instead we had two accounts (based on our email). We were double billed for the same tv address for over a year and they will only refund three months. That is ROBBERY. We feel so taken advantaged of.

Shopify took £334 from my bank account

Shopify took £334 from my bank account, I have never heard of them until I searched on Google, they won't even cancel the transaction so I get my money back. I'm a single mum with kids on benefits. Trust me do NOT have any dealings with this company. They are fraudulent, I will take them to the cleaners if I have any problems getting my refund.

Rover is the BEST!!

Rover really vets out the best of the best! I have used Rover for 7 years now in a couple of different states and I have never had a bad sitter! They have all been great and go above and beyond! I would recommend Rover to everyone!

Driver’s License for Double Curtain Rod

Went to Lowe’s for a double curtain rod and on a Saturday morning we were told we had to use self check. No idea how to do that so an employee was helping me.First red flag. You need to scan your rewards card. Don’t have one. You need to sign up. Not happening. Begrudgingly, the employee helping me bypasses the screen.Ask for my military discount. Show them my military ID. They enter my phone number. Second red flag. They want to scan my driver’s license. Ask why? We have to. Why? We have to. Is the data saved? I don’t know. How is the data used? I don’t know.Cancel my purchase. Not buying the curtain rods.Does anyone know why they want to scan my driver’s license, how the data is used and if the data is saved?

toro lawnmower

bought the lawn mower on 4/12 lowes delivers it 1 week later when we went to use it will not stay running . go to lowes they say sorry30 days policy. call customer care they say go call toro and get a return autherized well they than say sorry 1 1/2 weeks before we can look at it . by than the warranty wont be any good real nice to treat customers like that did lowes know these lawnmowers are crap and they sold to us anyway

Frustrating Experience with Lowe's and EGO

August 20:After just 13 to 16 uses (bought a year and 3 months ago), my mower broke down. Unfortunately, both Lowe's and EGO provided an underwhelming customer service experience. At Lowe's, I was repeatedly asked if I purchased the mower from their store, even after confirming multiple times. It took 15-20 minutes for them to unsuccessfully figure out how to enter the repair order, and they still questioned if I was at the correct store. When I followed up the next day, they couldn’t find the mower on their portal or my account and suggested I contact EGO instead. EGO, on the other hand, also couldn’t track the mower or the repair status. Both companies kept bouncing me back and forth, showing their dedication to avoiding responsibility. It's 7th day and they are still not able to locate the mower/order in their system. To top it off, local EGO service shops are so backed up that they can’t even consider taking in new repairs for at least two months, with an additional 3-4 weeks needed for parts. Given this experience, I can’t say I’d recommend this product.Sep-07:regret not reading the reviews on Trustpilot before buying an EGO product. If you're thinking about purchasing one, seriously reconsider. Based on both my experience and countless reviews, it seems EGO products are built to last about a year—if you're lucky. More than 75% of customers report significant issues, and their customer service is beyond awful.Don’t be fooled by their discount offers. It’s a strategy to offload cheaply made products while maximizing profits over time. To make matters worse, if you need a repair, expect to wait 4 to 6 weeks, and even if your product is still under warranty, they’ll charge you for parts. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable brand.(experiencing this currently)

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL

I used to love this app, i began selling a couple of years ago but in the last year I started to take depop selling serious and became a top seller and was verified. I had 100% 5 star feedback & sold over 200 items.Then all of a sudden they decided to suspend my account with no warning, sent me an email asking me to authenticate certain items I was selling then once I eventually provided them with all the proof they required, they stop replying completely. Avoid this app at all costs, especially if you want to become a big seller, use Vinted or just make your own website and use ads to boost visibility to your target market.I would not recommend this app to anyone, the amount of other top sellers I’ve seen online that have also been banned for no reason and not been told whyP.S. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL, THEY TAKE NUMEROUS DAYS TO REPLY TO AN EMAIL AND YOU CAN ONLY CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL!

Loved this company but can’t recommend or support them anymore. Just a terrible returns policy. Ordered items only available online. Doesn’t fit and then they don’t accept returns in store. So expect customers to pay to be able to try things on? Bye bye.

The other day I discovered that Uniqlo finally has a COD payment method I just knew I had to go for it. I've been waiting for this for awhile. The day I ordered my new clothes was also the day they told me it was already shipped. Fast right? It was the quickest delivery I've ever experienced yet from any other fashion brands. Normally, I would wait for a week or two. But this one? Ordered - July 30, 2021Recieved - August 1stAs a consumer, I'm highly satisfied with the experience. The shipping fee is also afforable and take note there's a VAT included but that's okay since they have a superb service. Thanks again Uniqlo.

They cannot delete old accounts when you do not have access to your old email address. They act like chatbots with standard copy-paste messages and drive you in circles. Ridiculous, one star is too much.P.S. Look at their response. This is a complete joke: They advise me to email them for the 500th time when the result will be the same. LOL.

I can't believe this company has donated money to only Johnstown schools what about Northridge??? We kill ourselves raising money for this ran down school all we do is try.Did you forget Northridge is also in Johnstown???? Scamming businesses

Scamming businesses. Harass you to sign up, the worst customer service and never accept disputed reviews even when its clearly a competitor writing fake reviews and advertising their business on your site. Waste of money and time. You can also never delete your page apparently if you are dissatisfied with their service, which you will be. Yelp is just a site for Karens and people to complain on anyway. Save your money into better investments for your business, this is not one of them.
