On 25/06/25 I ordered a new mattress together with an essential “deliver and haul away” service, which would take away my old mattress, which I paid extra for. The mattress was delivered on 26/06/25 but the delivery agent (not the one contracted which should have been UDS), did not take away the old mattress. Over the past 5 days, I’ve repeatedly spoken with various Amazon customer service agents who all promised to sort the problem but have not. They now basically said they can’t do anything! I am appalled by this dreadful service!!How hard can it be for a multinational company like Amazon to be unable to arrange for a service agent to collect and remove my old mattress. As a 70 yr old with a back injury I am unable to do it myself! I am furious as really disgusted at the failure of service!

After I save and close the file I am working on in the illustrator program, when I open it again to work, the location of the images in the file changes. In fact, when I checked my previously completed and archived work files, I realized that they had the same problem. I contacted customer support and they could not solve my problem in any way. Also, why don't they employ a local representative when it is such a widely used and preferred software in my country? I am very victimized. We made a bulk purchase as a company. I regret it very much. I wish we had never preferred it. My license period is about to expire, I will start working with Canva without waiting for this period.

The payment system is bad, as it removes all protection of paying by credit card. If you receive a product that doesn’t do what is meant to, or don’t ever receive anything, you can’t claim on the credit card, as your payment was to Kickstarter, not the Campaigner.

Mark DI Stafano, Hanna Al-Othman and Joe Bernstein are among the top liars and scumbag, political activist hacks posing as journalists in the burning garbage heap that is Buzzfeed.Joe actively incites violence and even MURDER with (and I quote) "KILL a straight white man on your way to work tomorrow" and the hugely anti-Semitic "Being a jew means you never have to say sorry you're white" yet hasn't been fired for this absolutely unacceptable behaviour, giving you some idea of the standards (or lack there of) of being a political activist at Buzzfeed. He is currently writing hit pieces about a 14 year old girl.Hanna Al-Othman and Mark Di Stefano constantly harass political candidates with intentional misinterpretation and flat out lies to point of it being a crime, literally saying that someone -who by every single possible definition- did *NOT* threaten somebody with rape, did in fact threaten somebody with rape. How these garbage humans have not been arrested for deformation of character is beyond belief and the fact that they have not been fired speaks volumes about the bias and "buyable" nature of Buzzfeed and their hacks.
