I’m living in Canada now and used BBAB…

I’m living in Canada now and used BBAB online site to order a gift for Xmas. They notified me my package was being delivered—not to Montréal but to Buffalo, NY. Chat person greatly apologized saying that a rep would reach out to me in”1-4 days”. Never happened. Cannot reach CSR by phone (50 minute wait) OR email—never responded even according to their notice they would within 1-4 days Now I learn that they ship from their warehouses in USA to NY and then issue a second tracking number to send the item to Canada…why didn’t the CSR tell me that? Well, he knew but enjoyed seeing me suffer. He is obviously a sadistic sociopath because I don’t believe he doesn’t understand their process. he took pleasure, I am sure, at hearing my frustration and confusion. he could easily have explained it. Thew new owner is Mr. Putman, who purchased the BBAB brand in Canada to make 21 new stores called rooms + spaces in several provinces. Sadly, the company will be run by former BBAB Canada General Manager, and they are not off to a good start.Maybe the genetic clueless-ness material will be washed off of the BBAB corporation but again, it’s not looking good according tomTP reviews.. And they won’t open any of those stores in Quebec. Why? Well les Quebecois don’t make business for non-French speaking people very easy in this province. it is sad we Quebecers always have to suffer at the hands of the provincial government.

Can't Trust Them

The fact that they claim that you have 40min time limit when using the free version but then they cut you off suddenly after 30-35mins makes me not trust them. They straight up lie and then have the nerve to ask me to upgrade. I really wanted to get the Pro version, but NO thank you, I can't trust liars with my credit card.

I have been a customer of Klarna for many years and have always had great trust in them. That’s why I’m both disappointed and surprised by how they handle disputes between sellers and consumers.Despite raising clear objections regarding the seller’s insufficient return instructions – which, in my opinion, violate Swedish distance selling regulations – Klarna has closed the case, again and again, without addressing my concerns or the fact that the seller may be acting in breach of the law.Since neither the seller nor Klarna is taking responsibility, I had no choice but to file a complaint with ARN (The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes), a government agency that offers free and impartial resolution of disputes between consumers and businesses.What’s most frustrating is that when reading reviews here, it seems Klarna is often willing to resolve conflicts – but in my case, there has been total silence. Sadly, I believe many people don’t have the energy to pursue these matters, which allows Klarna to continue a practice that risks undermining their credibility.

I received an email to my phone stating…Sephora is way better

I received an email to my phone stating I can come in for my Birthday Gift . When I got there the manager was super rude she said I needed to pull up the email on my phone she couldn't have me just give her the email address she had me pull it up on my end inconvenience me and make me feel like I was lying to her, she was absolute rude NO CLASS HAD me wait for 1 hour and made me feel really bad for coming to the store,for something they offer the manager at Ulta at Huebner Oaks in San Antonio is very rude. DIDN'T WISH ME A HAPPY BIRTHDAY VERY SNOBBY AND STUCK UP . I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO ULTA------ SEPHORA IS WAY BETTER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO FRIENDLY AT ALL AND THE WAY THAT I FELT AWFUL SEPHORA INSIDE JC PENNY'S IS WAY BETTER FOR YOUR BIRTHDAY YOU GET A GOODY BAG AT ULTA A MINIATURE ITEM AND THATS IT NOT WORTH THE HEAD ACHE . I want to thank that Manager at ULTA FOR MAKING ME SEE THEY TYPE OF BUSINESS THEY RUN I will not be shopping there anymore I am done GO TO SEPHORA SEPHORA IS CLASSY AND WAY BETTER

Not Happy. I have been with Dashlane for a few years as a paying customer. I liked the local desktop version and had this capability up until my renewal came and was paid in March 2024. Upon paying the 12 month renewal fee... suddenly I had no access to the desktop version and was told it was discontinued and that they would not refund the 11 months of my subscription payment even though the application was no longer what I chose when I first went with them and in turn, no longer fit for purpose. I tried escalating my refund request by pointing to Australia's "Fit for Purpose" laws but had no joy. Most cloud services applications these day will adjust the days if you want to cancel your subscription earlier so beware that Dashlane are not on the side of the consumer's best interest like others. I have since moved on to Nord's free password manager which is much better than Dashlane's paid for service so please do your homework if you are looking for a good password manager app before choosing what I would classify as a non customer focused company.

IG and FB falsely banned

They'd deserve a 0 stars if possible. They falsely banned my IG for shit as heinous as child sexual exploitation and there's no real way to appeal. They even took down my FB. Imagine letting AI do all your moderation and not even have any human support agent.
