If you are a paying customer of them with a technical problem... They pretty much leave you in the cold.Every time you have a problem with their software it takes them ages to respond. State the obvious in problems and then do nothing anymore. And all of a sudden you get Spanish replies. They need to fix this lack of service ASAP

Disney has the worst app in the Disney World/Land!! Made a reservation for a sit down dinner restaurant and now that reservation is not found. Every time you call, expect to be on hold for 1.5 to 2 hours on hold!!! We went to Universal and Islands of Adventure last year, and I would definitely recommend them!! The Disney experience is NOT what it used to be. No one seems to know anything and they will only refer you to the app. I will NOT be choosing Disney or recommending Disney to anyone. Good luck to you if you're going there!!!

Do not deal with this company they have taken unauthorised payment from my bank account and have attempted several times to keep taking money from my account when I have cancelled. Do not suffer as I and many others have with this fraudulent company go with Spotify they are safe!

I don't want to pay for the website because i don't see a point in buying pro just for those stupid graphics. But come on, at least a year ago most of the graphics were still free. Why is this?

I really don’t believe these 5 star reviews. They must be fake? I spoke to someone in customer service tonight as Quickbooks is constantly crashing or just incredibly slow, and the only advice I got was it possible my server! Really🤔 What rubbish!! Also the rules you create never seem to operate and you have to refresh bank transactions continually as the connection to your business bank account is continually interrupted.It’s getting worse from day to day so if you’re looking for an accounting package I would not recommend Quickbooks. It’s expensive and frankly not fit for purpose or worth the extortionate monthly subscription charge.

when are people going to click that these organisations that are set up by the goverment are their to serve the goverments and companies! what do i do when my infomration is Stolen, becasue thats what it is when it is used without your consent, and then used to hound you email you send scam and spam emails and letters, phone calls etc. the company in question has sold on my infomration (so that I OWN and is mine for all time!) and made moeny off it. what do you do companin to the comapany? whats that actually going to achive? they can say ok we will remove your data. who's to say a) that they have done b) even if they do, they have still stollen and sold it on committing 2 crimes against you and profited off it! So you complain to the ICO and guess what they do absolutely nothing other than they tell you to complain to the company and resolve it with them! that's it! So all these so called GDPR rules have been set up not to protect the people but to create a vassal organisation that slushes the tax money away in to the pockets of those in charge, also collecting more tax off SMCs that hold the miniscule of data off some person they deal with when doing business! all whilst removing any safety to your own data allowing any company to use your information how they see fit!

Hotel booking has wrong dates. I advised AGODA as soon as I found out and as I was travelling arrived at hotel. Hotel was happy to change dates if AGODA confirmed so they could ensure payment.AGODA said I needed to allow their booking intermediary 12 hours to determine request so no room for that night. AGODA offered several excuses before cancelling non refundable booking and declining a refund.I made a fresh booking with Expedia for correct dates and now need to try to get a refund.

I have been waiting since 8 February 2025 for the free promotional earbuds that were promised when I ordered the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Order number: UK250119-65327927, placed on 28 January 2025).On 8 March, I spent ninety minutes on a live chat with a Samsung customer service agent named Steven. As a disabled person living with chronic pain, this was a very difficult and exhausting experience. I was told that my case would be treated as a high priority, but since then, I have received no updates or contact.I have also emailed customer service and the President's office of Samsung United Kingdom, but I have been completely ignored. The lack of response and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially from a company of Samsung's size and reputation.I am extremely disappointed and frustrated — I expected much better treatment, particularly given my circumstances.Samsung, if you are reading this, please resolve this issue urgently and deliver what was promised.
