The job offers I saw are mostly technical and IT or AI related and tailored to US nationals. There is nothing wrong with that but the way they advertise makes you believe they have all these opportunities for everyone.I wrote to them before paying for their services to confirm that there are work opportunities for none US nationals, they confirmed sure just do the advanced search. My eye! Even when I literally set my filters to no real specific conditions, like remote, not remote, partially remote, full time, part time, employee, free lance etc but outside of the US, in my field as a Doctor and Public Health Specialist, the research came back with nothing found. Very disappointing.

Review of smallpdf
Very distressing dealing with SmallPDF who don't care if they take money from people who are hard up already and more interested in lining their pockets. Unclear language which makes it seem like you won't have to pay for 3 months if you get the year-long subscription, they trick you into selecting a one-off payment of £80 instead of £9. No email reminder to let you know the trial period is in fact 7 days instead of 3 months. They will grab your money and leave you reeling because you don't have enough to get through the month and wave T&C's in your face. Won't address their own wrongdoings and blame it on the customer and make you feel even worse. Disgusting, you probably won't see this review though until you have had them do this to yourself! Thanks for stealing my money and giving me anxiety!!! NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR PAYPAL!!!

Review of edx
In general, I am very content with the quality and structure of the courses. Two weeks ago, I have been offered a refund so I can switch to another course (within the same professional certificate path), however have not heard anything back since then. I have responded twice to accept the offer and for further instructions, but have been ignored. This is a very poor customer service, and I would never have expected that from an institution like edX.
Review of clover
Haven't had too much trouble with Clover since using them 2 years ago until very recently they issued a software update and now we have to choose between having a tip line on the tablet (POS) and on the printed receipts. Who ever came up with this idiotic idea should be fired. It is costing me and my employees money because the majority of our customers check out on the tablet but for anyone who's signing a printed receipt they don't see a tip line or a total line so they just sign and walk away...no tip. This is a major problem that anyone in the service industry would recognize. We are leaving Clover this week.
Review of vagaro
I am in the process of finding a hair salon software for my business.I signed up for a free trial with Vagaro using my personal email address so I can try it out before considering it as an option. When I thought "huh, I can consider it an option, but I need to talk to a sales person to ask more questions", I booked a Demo call, using my business' email address. I talked to a guy named Gerardo. At the end of the call, he asked me if I wanted to do a trial, and I said that I had started one but hadn't gotten a chance to use it. This is when things got weird and negative... Gerardo said that he needed to talk to support to figure out how to move forward, as I already had a trial on my personal email account. Then he reached back to me and said that I had to sign up for a new trial using the link he will send me (with his name on it). I was going to do that, but I needed to first make sure to cancel the trial I had started on my personal email address. Turns out that when Gerardo talked to support, they blocked my login privileges to the account I had started a trial on, as I couldn't login or reset my password. I thought "Maybe Gerardo closed that account for me", so I went ahead and sent Gerardo 2 follow up emails to confirm that my previous account was closed and the trial was effectively cancelled. He never replied.. Completely ghosted. For no reason. Maybe he left the company? Maybe he was fired? No idea... But then, to my surprise, I was charged one month of membership last Friday. How infuriating, not only I had already spent my time trying to login to this account multiple times and following up twice with Gerardo, but I had to now deal with them to refund the charges... So, after spending more of my time on calls and emails, they said that they won't refund anything. I don't even care about the $90 at this point, I just care about the morality of the entire situation. How in the world would I actually consider their software if this is how they treat potential customers?I could never recommend Vagaro :(
