Denied boarding at Gatwick 19 April. Gate staff clueless as to what to do. Said they could not tell my wife and I when we might fly. Told us to book a hotel and to keep receipt. We should phone Dubai to reschedule. No one answered phone on the Friday. Back to airport 0730 on 20th. Same hopeless responses. Eventually got through to Dubai. Three times disconnected. Told all flights full. They said they would book me on Cathay but never did. In the end we paid ourselves for new flights with Cathay. No communication from Emirates to say transit passengers would not be allowed to fly. Still no email or refund from Emirates. Then they cancelled our return ticket. Fifty minutes on chat to fix Awaiting refund. Absolutely a dreadful airline.

I traveled to Japan in April 2024. Due to the storm there were issues in the airport. The service was lacking, with no support from staff, total lack of acknowledgment, ...On top of that everyone's luggage got lost.Long story short. No refund for the flight, which I could understand since the weather was out of their control. The luggage however took almost 2 weeks to get back to me. I had to make purchases to compensate. Months later Emirates finally replied to say I just needed to send my receipts and I would get a refund for my purchases. I sent them the needed documents. Never got a reply or refund. I have sent multiple reminders and questions after that. Their last message was end of July, it is now end of January. I am being ignored with no refund whatsoever.Do not travel with Emirates.

Absolutely the worst service ever. I will make sure I never ever buy a game by this company again. I will tell everyone to stay clear of this awful uncaring, money grabbing, robotic customer service who lie when asked for proof of so called miss use of the rules, “it’s a game and he is a child”, but they apparently can’t provide proof, but won’t let him play again because their precious game rules are broken. Well EA put a block on, so kids can’t fall into transferring incorrectly. A 12 year old boy gets bought a game in October £59.99 plays it for 3 months and that’s it, EA decide to chastise and tell your child off. Forget the money we have spent. Forget the mental anxiety it has caused him in this lockdown world we live in. Ea don’t care., You made a mistake EA has spoken. Your parents can speak to robots but we will not let you play again. If I could use foul language, I will use every word to describe this company and it’s staff. Instead, I will say. I HOPE THEY GO BUST. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

But, like I see others have typically experienced, I unexpectedly received a charge for $170 a month after my purchase of about $16 for three craft classes.I was given no help by Domestika, though the courses had been advertised as being the price I paid for them WITHOUT a pro subscription and I received no communication at all that I was going to be charged an additional, exorbitant fee.

Where are the negative stars?This company is an absolute S_ _ T STORM!I made a tiny mistake; the receiving party didnot have a Venmo acct and Venmo kept my $1000hostage. I suppose folks that are disputing lesser amounts just walk away. It is my belief that is how customer service (ya, right) makes money! They get commissions off of these abandoned funds.DO NOT GIVE UP! Call your bank and dispute the transaction. It took me 4 days AND I got my money back💰

We ordered an Indian take away from the Anarkali Indian restaurant Haslingden, the quality of the food was second to none, absolutely gorgeous meals. Would certainly recommend them. We have had many meals from their take away service and dining in the restaurant and we have never been disappointed.

Having been members for a number of years we have decided not to renew our membership. We certainly didn't get value for money this year and whilst accepting that it has been a difficult time for the NT I would have expected some sort of repayment to its members. Also I see that the NT is the latest institution to follow a left wing, woke agenda. This is outside their remit and is not something I can support.

I did not receive my package because the Amazon Delivery driver left package on the steps at the access door to flats which is on the street, package was missing taken by a member of the public. Amazon refuse to acknowledge mistakes or refund me as delivered to unsafe place with public access. Now have to order again to Amazon locker as delivery to address not to be trusted. Delivery driver took photo showing delivery left outside a access door to flats on street where public can take package. But still Amazon take no responsibility for this mistake

On May 31st, at 9:36 PM, I received a notification on my phone that my personal account was suspended for "child sexual exploitation." Like any normal person, I appealed for a review, and at 9:49 PM (both times according to my personal email address), I received the message that my account was disabled. Along with my personal Facebook account, my Instagram account (because I created it with Facebook) and my WhatsApp account also went down... the latter because I linked it to my Facebook account for some convenience a few years ago.The latter almost cost me a grade on a group project worth 20% of my final grade; I had to buy another chip as soon as I could. Not to mention the hassle of updating my CV everywhere to include my new number.But back to the topic, I already submitted my request to the FB form (https : // www. facebook .com / help / contact /507270721277573) in the second week of June, but from what I've read and heard, it seems no one is responding; and I haven't received a message or anything after submitting the request.By the way, on June 1st at 7:17 PM, I created another account with my same name (with my Gmail; my original account was Hotmail) to reconnect with people I talk to often so we could talk and exchange our accounts on other networks so we could continue talking.But on June 3rd at 1:40 PM, my account was restricted for "account integrity." I appealed again, and at 2:54 PM I received the message that it was disabled (those were the times according to my Gmail).
