Ridiculous how there is no option to permanently delete an account instantly and have to wait 30 days instead to do so…. Account hacked and I’ve tried to close it and have to wait 30 days to do so, now 2 weeks later I’ve received an email saying someone else has access to the account?? Jokers it’s 2024 update the system to have more options

I took my DNA test because I don’t know my ethnicity. I come from the country of Georgia and I know people who took thei test and got very specific answers like: you are 10% Armenian or you are 20% Croatian. My test results came saying genes I have are found in the area from Anatolia to Caucasus. There are tens of nations and hundreds of ethnicities who like inside that broad part of the world. Scammers , they are doing every thing to take your money ,they will block the books you saved to force us waiting to the next month to read them,all my saved books blocked till my renewal date, then any book i will opene its page blocked ,then they blocked all the books for my account,i can't find any books on the site ,all of them disappeared except a few books they are keeping promting for them as the best selling and orginal work for them nothing interesting for me, very humiliting ! the customer service response after 2 weeks ! Saying that this policy for benfit the authers fairly 😅 you choose for me what to read and when by blooking the books i had saved and call this unlimited service , you may block the book I'm reading to force me waiting to finish it the next month to keep me subscribded,foolish policy?! I'm not slave for your fake policy,no one will pay for service traking them to force them waiting for the renewal date to read what they chooses to read now ! Another problem there is many books not available but they added them to deceive the customers who find them in google search after subscribing not available!The site is full of scripts and codes to track every action for us,so the site is very slow and hanging alot ,the app either designed to track us not to provide good reading experience . My partner and I stayed at the Hilton in Reading on Saturday 21st of August. We booked the Hilton because of its reputation. However, thay was the biggest mistake we have ever made. The room we were provided was disgusting! There was an awful smell and we have both arrived home covered with bug bites! My good Lady has submitted a complaint so I'll spare the details at this stage. Truly awful experience. 0/10
