This hotel is the worst I have ever stayed in. Absolutely filthy. I just wanted to go home but couldn’t find another hotel in the area as they were all full. Please don’t waste your money booking as the website is not representative of what you get. I booked breakfast which turned out to be a grab bag. The poor young boy on reception was so kind offering to re clean my room but it was beyond a sweep around.. it needed a deep clean. It was shabby too. Will never go there again.

I love love this app! So easy to use~ the styles and music are just enough selections . I’ve been using the app to make videos for my students . Also, if you have a question they email you back and assist you within 24 hours . One of the easiest , most efficient , creative apps with great customer service !

Delivered to wrong address across the road I was in all day didn't realize that was my parcel being delivered as was watching through my window, then another parcel next day was supposed to be delivered to my shed but he left it at front door, then another left on front door he knocked left parcel then drove off all before I got to front door this was 2 on the 18th and 1 on the 19th nov

My Mum paid just under £100 for this subscription for over 20 years for a computer she never used. We only found out when my Dad’s account (previously joint with my mother) got charged after she died. I guess companies like this rely on old people not cancelling/looking for better deals. I phoned up to say the person who had been charged has died and the computer is now gone, could they please refund the payment and cancel the subscription. The lady on the phone tried to fob me off by telling me I still needed the service they would provide. I couldn’t believe it and reiterated that there was no computer anymore and they had charged a dead person. They then tried to convince me of something else they could do (rather than refund the money), at which point I blew off the handle and told them how scrupulous it was to use the death of a customer as a selling opportunity with the grieving family. I got the refund, but in short, don’t use this company.

I checked Redemptorist Publications website for children's Advent resources. I found their 'real' Advent calendar (i e starting on 27th November 2022) and ordered copies - one for each classroom in our local Catholic primary schools and for each family at Children's Liturgy. I received acknowledgement of my order, notification of dispatch and received delivery within one week - in good time before Advent begins. (Also Advent Extra for me!) Well done Rp

I purchased the Asus AN17 just over a year ago. I wanted a gaming laptop as it has the right features that compliment my need for a laptop that I could edit photos and video via Adobe software.To start with, I must admit that I have been really pleased with it. Its done the job. I do regret however, not checking the type of screen it had as I didn't realise it was not HDR which you really need for editing HDR Video and Photos. I got around it by plugging an HDMI lead in and editing on my 55 inch HDR TV Screen.My one concern (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars) is the power connector. Over the past year, the weight of the power cable and connector that plugs into the back of the laptop has bent the holding pins and the power connecter just falls out. This is down to the socket not being robust enough. I did speak to ASUS about it before the warranty expired but they said I would need to send the laptop back to them and it could take about a month. I use this laptop for work as a photographer and videographer, and this would be devistating to my business.To sum up - its a great laptop that does the job but the build quality is a bit lacking.

Would give 0 if site permitted. First used vrbo 16 yrs ago for holiday accommodation in England, Italy and France. One dud (just before Christmas) but money was refunded. Now stuck in Italy with NO WAY of contacting owner of next property. App and website useless, programming and instructions written by cretins. My laptop has failed and I cannot connect with company via any other channel. Have spent hours trying to rectify. Only option now is to forget money spent and make booking elsewhere. Since being taken over by yet another greedy, couldn't care less US conglomerate this previously excellent platform has become a dismal failure. Will never see any of my money again.

I was on hold 2 times for over 50 minutes and another 2 times I called they just hung up on me. Then when you try and text with them, the conversation just starts all over every few minutes. Do not support this company!!

I bought a pair of double loop silver earrings from Pandora in the Bull Ring Birmingham recently but found that one of the pair earrings was extremely loose where it locked and kept falling out… I took it back to get an exchange, the manager Gemma and another member of staff debated as to what to do some distance away from me…. But I could see them checking two other earrings for a tighter fitting clasp only to polish the one I had returned and have it given back to me as new !!!!. … I asked to see the other earring in the draw as the one given to me was still loose (I knew they hadn’t exchanged it)…. I was shown two others which were much tighter fitting and didn’t open at the slightest breeze… and chose from the others only to be told by the member of staff that she had to check with the manager who said she couldn’t see any difference!!! They cost me £60 so I’m quite sure under Consumer Rights that I have a choice whether I want to accept reject or ask for a refund after just one week… I thought this was very bad as they then just put the earring I had returned back In the draw with the other stock of earrings which is unhygienic especially in the light of a Covid epidemic… won’t be shopping there again if that’s how they choose to be dishonest and unhygienic… thank God for surgical spirits.
