These guys are nothing but scammers. Twice now, I answered an email offering a voucher for a review, and posted it within minutes of receiving the email.3 weeks later, after repeatedly requests from me asking about the voucher, which were initially ignored, I then receive an email to say "oh sorry, you had missed the boat on this one and were too late"... They must think we're stupid.Scambaiting. And against all decency and advertising laws.Will be taking this further.UPDATE: 11/03/24: My response - pretending that you don't have a record of my complaint, despite having 3 conversations on ticket (Request #228995) is just pathetic on your part, and just adds to the scam that you're running here.

If I could give them a 0 I would! We have internet with them and now 2 months in a row they cut off my services AFTER I paid my bill! Now they are trying to tell me that they will not cut.my service back on unlessi pay the bill that's not even due yet! We called after they cut.our services off and they assured us that it was their mistake and the services would be cut back on. We'll they were never turned back on. So we called back and now we are being told they they are having a SYSTEM GLITCH and want us to pay a bill that's not even Dye yet to turn my service back on! This is.the 2nd time they have done this! We will be finding a new service and I will NEVER use ANYRHING AT&T again!

-Zero stars if I could Amazon closed my account apparently for breaking the terms and conditions well Amazon you suck ordered parrot treat sticks to receive rabbit treats so I contacted customer services who refunded me so I order the product again to only receive rabbit treat sticks for the second time so again I contacted customer services to tell them again I again was refunded to then find out my account had been closed oh the joys of Amazon bunch of cowboys rip off firm won’t reply to any of my emails I have photos of the wrong items sent but they are refusing to reply to me how convenient Amazon uk avoid like the plague majority of my parcels turn up damaged out of date or just handled like trash so in a nutshell Amazon uk are calling me a liar avoid this company so I’d say eBay temu Ali express whoever shop with them much more reliable than these amateurs

Don't waste your money! I’ve only had 7 plus for less than two months and it has already started to play up. Battery drains very quick, camera is total rubbish, videos look very very bad, it takes forever for the camera app to start. The brightness and colors are just off. I am really disappointed.

I was told my order was delayed til the 31st but a day later was told it was to come soon but have not heard anything since. I am writing this review to share my recent, very disappointing experience with Lego. After my package was lost during delivery, I went above and beyond to assist Lego in resolving this issue. I obtained camera footage from the building owner and uploaded it to YouTube for Lego's access. This footage, along with a photo of my door, which did not match the one in UPS's delivery confirmation, clearly showed that the package was not delivered to my address.Despite my efforts to provide substantial proof, Lego's response was deeply unsatisfactory. They informed me that they couldn't do anything to locate my package or even initiate an investigation with UPS. This response is not only frustrating but also contradicts the advice I received from the office of consumer protection. According to them, the seller (in this case, Lego) is responsible for ensuring the correct receipt of the package by the customer, regardless of whether they handle delivery directly or through a third-party service like UPS.Following the consumer protection agency's advice, I disputed the transaction with my bank. The evidence I provided clearly indicates that the loss was not due to theft. I've also filed a complaint against Lego with the consumer protection office. Furthermore, when I contacted UPS myself, I was informed that only the seller can initiate an investigation into the matter.The consumer protection office has urged Lego to review the camera footage and make an informed decision, warning that my complaint includes not only a refund request for the lost package but also demands for compensation for damages and interest. They also advised Lego to urgently start an investigation with UPS.I am deeply disappointed with Lego's handling of this situation and their lack of accountability. Delivered intime-They use the product for some showcase full dust and small dents. I requested for refund they are not processing, they guided me to put another new order and they will refund the old one.they give mis guidence and i booked another one. they took total of 60,000 still refund not processed. Flipkart is forcebly selling their products to the customer. Dont buy any high value products with flipkart previously flipkart services are good now they are cheating the customers. Totally 60,000 is struck with flipkart. very very poor customer service. If you want to buy something please go for nearby shops when compare with these cheaters, they will charge 1000/2000 extra but they give good response. Flipkart is giving fake promise like 10 days replacement / refund. Dont buy from flipkart they will say simply sorry. Its not giving trust to the buyers now. Totally bad experience with flipkart first time. Early i have purchased more than 1,00,000 worth products from flipkart.

Thank you for the tip about changing the CC billing address to a California address - that worked perfectly! (I did use a valid address though, not a fake one as that apparently will not work, at least when I tried it.) Totally agree that they border on being a bunch of scammers. Never again!

I’ve been a loyal Jotform user and have always appreciated how user-friendly and functional the software is. It’s a great tool that works well for my business needs, but I’ve been left incredibly disappointed by the customer support experience over a major issue that has now dragged on for nearly three months.On 27 October 2024, I synced my app (version 2.9.63) for the first time since May. I had over 1,000 offline submissions stored on my Fire HD 8 (10th Gen) tablet, spanning from 1 June to 27 October 2024. When I connected to the internet, the app immediately logged me out, forcing me to download the latest version manually from APKMirror, as the Google Play Store said the app was “not compatible” with my device. Upon logging back in, all the offline submissions between June and October vanished. The submissions prior to 31 May 2024 were still there, but the rest were gone.I contacted Jotform Support the same day. Initially, the responses were generic, assuming I didn’t understand how syncing worked. After providing detailed explanations about the missing data and escalating the issue, I was told the problem had been sent to the development team. However, months later, I still have no resolution. While the developers confirmed the submissions should have synced successfully, they are still missing on both the app and the Jotform website.The lack of communication has been the most frustrating part. I’ve been told repeatedly that the issue has been marked as a priority and escalated, yet I haven’t received any meaningful updates or a definitive answer about whether my data can be recovered. I even emailed the CEO but haven’t received a response.To make matters worse, this is a premium service that I pay a lot of money for, so I expect better accountability and customer service. While the software itself works well and has many great features, the poor handling of this situation has left me questioning its reliability.If you rely on Jotform for critical data, be cautious. The software is great when it works, but if something goes wrong, you may struggle to get proper support or a resolution. I hope Jotform addresses this issue soon and improves their customer service experience moving forward. When you respond to this review, please don't just say it will be forwarded to the developers as that is all I have been hearing the last 3 months with no action. Please respond with a solution. As I said in the support ticket, if the data is gone just tell me but I would like to know. Support code: 20530381*UPDATE* as you can see I predicted the response in advance... Not happy. Can you give a timeline at least when you will hear from the developers on this?
