Comedy night at Retro Junkie. It was so bad I wanted to crawl out of my skin. Would have walked out but the so-called comics were calling out audience members with idiotic comments. Just needed to laugh but only one guy whose routine was about how other states hate California made me laugh. The rest were just crude & cringe worthy.

As others have said, this had a premium rate to text back to confirm you still wanted to go for the booking. They did also send an email, so will just have to keep that in mind in future to just confirm by the email, but very cheeky! It's not even like it's texting "STOP" to stop promotional texts, you had to reply otherwise I wasn't sure if we'd still have our table at the restaurant.

HootSuite went from $125 a year to almost $700 a year in no time. Then, when we tried to cancel they billed us for the full yearly amount, not once but TWICE! We can't get away from the charges! Stay away from them, you can't call, chat or email to get an answer from anyone. Also, Facebook blocks any post posted through HootSuite from being boosted.

Firstly let me be clear that this stemmed from my mistake. I booked my stay at a luxury resort in Malaysia. I accidentally miss-typed the date, instead of 25th, I typed 5th. I picked up on my mistake straight away and contacted both Agoda AND the resort directly. After 2 days of communication with Agoda, they said they contacted the resort and the resort refused to change the booking. I had contacted the resort myself and they were very willing to change the dates if Agoda requested it. So who was lying? It was Agoda. It turns out that they book through a 3rd party, not the resort, who were the ones who refused my amendment. So my message to Agoda is this........ don't use 3rd party booking systems and be honest with your customers.

Always letting me know when updating and also if I have any queries I can ring up and get help. Only one thing annoys me is when I get a new product, I still receive reminders. It should automatically recognise I have the product.
