This company has gone to s**t; they have removed my favorite childhood lullaby rock a bye baby and replaced it with a piece of s**t. They are destroying any and everything that was good about this company. i really cant see what they are doing to walt disney's beautiful creations. I swear to God I am not watching any Disney movie or buying any Disney product ever again.

Stowmarket; Expecting hot cooked breakfast we were informed this is not possible at all. Expecting central heating, this was not on, the entire two November days. Black mould was on the wall behind the bedside cabinet. The carpet in the corridor was dirty to the point of being discoloured.....What is good is the towels, nice and fluffy and thick, the cleanliness of the room - reasonable, and the staff - tried to be helpful, but nobody took the trouble to inform us about the hot food problems before we arrived or kept us informed about the heating during our stay . Outside the building there was unsightly litter from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. We did sleep well however, beds were comfortable and warm, and we accepted the proffered bottle of cheap fizzy wine to compensate, but it did not I am afraid.

Bought and paid for a refrigerator at Moncton NB store. Delivery set for between 8AM and 11AM September 10. Received a phone call at 8:53 rang one time and stopped, try to call back multiple times but call went straight to message centre, the delivery person never called back and never delivered the refrigerator. I will evenyget the refrigerator but I am never again shopping at Best Buy. Not the first time this has happened with these guys.

I placed an order with Target that they did not deliver to the address I designated when I checked out using Apple Pay but rather to an address to which has never been designated to receive a mail order at any point in time on my account.In my correspondence with customer service representatives they have avoided he issue of their website's improper functioning in this matter and refuse to provide a refund. Throughout my repeated and lengthy attempts at contacting customer service their staff were dismissive of my concerns and apparently did not even make an attempt to contact the courier to make an attempt at retrieving and redelivering the incorrectly delivered package, even though Fedex representatives informed me such a thing was possible.

I signed up for Preply hoping to improve my Polish, but quickly realized the platform wasn’t the right fit for me. I barely used the subscription and reached out promptly to request a refund. Despite explaining my situation, I was told no refund would be issued—even though I made a genuine effort and barely engaged with the service.What’s more frustrating is that I wasn’t given a chance to speak with a real manager, just referred to a policy. For a service centered around learning and support, this felt cold and rigid. I’m left feeling disappointed and unsupported.Be cautious before committing to a subscription—Preply does not seem flexible if things don’t work out.

Another rip-off by LYFT. This is with the bicycles. I took a bicycle out of the rack and I should have known better since was the only bike there. When I started to pedal, there was something with chain. Fortunately I was heading downhill and there was another rack a few blocks down. I left the bike and pushed the wrench button. Apparently I put it in a spot was also broken. I was charge $43 for a broken bike and I had to go back and move it to a working rack. It's impossible to contact them. You can only do it through the app. I asked for a refund but nothing has happened, no one contacting me. So I paid $43 to go 2 blocks on a broken bike and put it into a broken rack and I have to pay. It's too bad there isn't more competition for bikes. They would behave if there were. Buyer beware.
