No customer support. Unreliable.

I got my account blocked with no reason and it's impossible to get it back. I failed more times the recovery form as the questions are too in details. No possibility to get a phone support and by live chat they are too slow. If you have an urgency and you can't sign forget the possibility to sort out quickly. It's absolutely unreliable and, once I'll manage to transfer the remaining stuff on Gmail, I'll quit using it.

I had a very hard time using the calendar, and then the flights that came up were impossible, 24 hours or more, with multiple stops. I gave up and tried something else. The good part is that it shows you what you DON'T want...

Would never recommend JustFly as we…

Would never recommend JustFly as we came across the worst customer service experience ever while trying to book flight on phone for three days in a row and all we had to do was keep repeating information due to poor communication and the price kept jumping to the max as the initial deal we saw online was out of question.So we decided to do online booking and in the middle of booking flight and after confirming the passenger names 3 names were missing so had to call them to see what was the problem and was told that it might be a system error so once again had to repeat all info to the rep and in a matter of 5 minutes the ticket price jumped from $3800 to $4600.The phone reps are really hard to understand and very argumentative .We have booked with Justfly before but it's not the same service anymore. I would say that there are heaps of options to get airline tickets anywhere else as we don't know how much these words are eye opening but for sure would never recommend JustFly to any of our friends and relatives.

I am unable to open a Microsoft Azure account because 1. their phone number verification is broken, 2. this has been known for ages but they have not fixed it, 3. their ticket-based customer service refuses to handle this problem but refers me to their phone customer service, 4. phone customer service is a confused AI.If becoming a customer is this difficult, being a customer must be impossible..

What ever you do don’t use Yelp for your business I used them for about a mouth and I got a bunch of fake call’s saying they needed my services and I contacted customer support to cancel and they walked me through to cancel and they are still trying to take money from me every day when a client asks to cancel the service that means they don’t want it anymore but Yelp declined to tell me that I had to cancel a few things so I had to block them from taking money off my card and still they try to take money from me every day then I got calls from people from Texas every day till I had to close my account all together cause they wouldn’t stop calling me 8-10 times a day even when I told them I didn’t want there service anymore I told them if I got another call from them I would file a lawsuit against them and they still called me 8-10 times a day I had enough of the harassment I told them I sold the company to somebody else and they finally stopped calling me but they still try to take money from me every day my bank has blocked them from trying to take it if anyone else has had this same problem please comment below let’s see home many they are harassing that way we can file a lawsuit against them thank you and hod bless and have a great day. Also it was a 30 day free trial AND I canceled before the 30 was up

Absolutely useless customer service/support and sellers sending demands on WhatsApp

Bought a roof box to then be contacted through WhatsApp making demands for more money and wanting me to drive for an hour and a half and give him an extra £50. I’ve hot all the messages and put them on eBay but they will still not step in disgusting. To top it off you’ve also got customer service people telling you two different things. I honestly think it’s the end of eBay it’s definitely the end of eBay for me as I’ll deleting the app if I ever get my £500 back.

My daughter sent us roses for the 30th anniversary using DoorDash. Delivered at my front porch. They were in a Kroger shopping bag.Ordered and delivered on 3/17, but the label on the roses showed 'sell by 3/15'. The roses looked like goners. One stem has already broken before delivery. Very disappointed.
