Awful. I was double-charged for some tickets and contacted them immediately, as well as the organizer. They essentially gave me the runaround for three months saying that I should talk to the organizer after I had tried multiple times. I let them know the organizer was not replying so they finally did refund me, but it was only half of the duplicate charge—I’m still out an extra $100. A couple weeks ago they told me that they were escalating my support ticket because I was still asking for the remainder of my money back and that I should wait for someone to reach out to me. I tried to follow-up earlier today and got an undeliverable message saying that my case had been “resolved” and to fill out another form. Screw it, I’m disputing the charge now.Would never book with them again, just on principal—won’t even correct their own mistake. Reading these reviews I guess I should feel grateful that I even got half of my money back—what a joke they are.Oh, and the headliner didn’t even show up for the concert so I was double-charged for a crappy night lol.

Al JazeeraOn March 22, I traveled from Dubai to Hyderabad, India, with a connection to Kuwait on Al Jazeera Airways. My bag weighed 33 kg instead of the allowed 30 kg. I understand that exceeding the weight limit was my mistake, and I was willing to pay for the extra 3 kg. However, the Al Jazeera staff refused to accept the payment and insisted that I remove 3 kg from my bag. Only after I removed the extra weight did they allow my bag.Why was I not allowed to pay for the excess weight? This was very inconvenient, and I will never book this flight again.

Steam Generator Iron has failed twice in two years. The first repair was very swift, the second a disaster. They notified me on 30 Dec 2024 that the item was due to be returned but I am still waiting.Customer Services are useless as they blame couriers being too busy and stick to the mantra that it will be there in 10 working days.Little to no actual care or investigation done and you are caught in a loop of apathy and incompetence.The scores here say it all.

My browser can't save my log-in credentials because EVERY time I log in I'm prompted to enter a Captcha and after that enter a verification code that is sent to my phone. So I have to type in my info EVERY time and then fill out a Captcha EVERY time and then enter a verification code that is sent to my phone EVERY time. That's the dictionary definition of NOT being user friendly.

The nest ‘smart’ thermostat isn’t smart in any way. It has ‘learnt’ a heating schedule that in no way reflects reality and it doesn’t stop heating when the temperature is reached. So really it is just a much more expensive way to have a house that is the wrong temperature at all times.

DO NOT USE AGODA I would give 0 stars if I could. The stress and inconvenience this company has caused us is a joke.We booked and paid for accommodation in Pai, Thailand, through Agoda, travelled 4 hours from our previous destination to get there, only to arrive at our accommodation at 7:30pm to find out they didn’t have a room for us (NOT the hosts fault, as Agoda had kept the room available even though it had been booked). The woman who worked there told us she had called Agoda to inform them of this and they had told her they would be contacting me to inform me and find alternative accommodation. Agoda had not contacted me at all, not even an email to cancel the booking. I was completely unaware we had no place to stay for the night. Unfortunately for us there was absolutely no accommodation available in Pai, we had no where to stay for the night.We spoke to Agoda customer service on the phone who told us they were going to find us alternative accommodation for the night. We recieved an email an hour later informing us they could not find us anywhere. Obviously we had already looked and knew that this was the case, we were stranded in a new town with no place to stay. Luckily a lady we met called a place she knew who had had a cancellation for the night. If we didn’t get this luck, Agoda’s actions would have left us on the streets all night.To note, we received a refund and £37 ‘AgodaCash’ to use on their website. I insisted that this be instead transferred to my bank account, which they did do. Only positive I have to say for them, however £37 did not cover how much it cost us to travel to a place we had no where to stay.

Agoda was extremely bad, scammed me and didn’t do any refund even they changed the date. I don’t reccomand this scamming service trying to look like booking.com at all. I was not accomodated and they didn’t do anything even I booked a different date of arrival, be careful

I had my car towed to AAA in North Riverside to see what was wrong with it. I know I need a brakes a battery I was told I need alternator so I bought the alternator from AutoZone they tell me it’s no good so they replaced it and then charged me a fee over 200 to put it in and in total I paid $ 1830 .00 now I go pick up the car and there is no brakes the car wouldn’t stop I am scared now because I’m trying to get this car to stop so my son is telling me, mama pump the brakes he outside the car I got the car to stop and I still in the parking lot of AAA in north riverside IL they have gave me a hard time they don’t know how to communicate with their customers they have been very mean and unprofessional no one to help me now today I trying to get some help I left the car Saturday and today is Wednesday my car has been at AAA for over 7 days now they tell me something different what wrong with the car and they put the car on the machine so now it something different about a computer and they was suppose to be fixing the brakes because the car wouldn’t stop Saturday now here another problem I don’t believe nothing they are tell me the manager hung up the phone in my face because he is not telling the truth and I can’t believe this is how you do a customer maybe because I am a Women now they tell me it the computer unbelievable the worst Mechanics i have been callin and the manager didn’tcall me i had to call him he was to call me Monday and he didn’t call me so I call him I was on hold for over 20 minutes and no one came to the phone I been call all day I am a senior and I try get to my Doctor appointmen this is a nightmare how would you feel if you paid $1830.00 and your car has no brakes and now they tell you something else and if they did your brakes they would have known about a computer they put it on the machine. I paid $1830 .00 and now there’s something else wrong with the car unbelievable help someone help me please What a Senior to do

Can not sign in and the Agent could not help me. Said i could not provide enough information even though I gave him the online id the serial number email ect ect. so i guess i will not be buying a PlayStation 5 and goodbye PlayStation because i will no longer use your product you thief's! Bought way too many games to be complacent about this.

Driver took his own route and caused me to miss my flight. The flight charged us $200 to catch the next flight and the Lyft agent said as long as we got to the airport is all that mattered and refused to assist us in our money back or anything. I hate Lyft. This is why I always caught Uber. The customer service is wayyyy better.

I didn't know that a big company like yours could treat its customers like crap. I placed an order on your site and 7 days later the supplier had not dispatched it, without any justification on their part.I requested a refund from the supplier which was finally accepted after lengthy discussions.In the end I only received 2% of the amount paid.It's pathetic that a big company like yours should sully itself by stealing money from those who have put their trust in it.Every day I contacted customer service, who didn't give a damn about me. Because so far I haven't received my full refund.I don't recommend this platform and I hope that one day you'll have a real competitor who will make you a thing of the past!
