This review refers only to the firewall — I have only tested that part. But it’s impressive, because it has a feature where applications must first be allowed to access the internet via a popup. You can even choose the ports individually. For example: an application wants to access the internet via port 80 — yes or no? Or: an application wants to use port 443. By the way, port 80 is unencrypted, port 443 is encrypted. And this can be done separately for each application. I think that’s great, because it allows you to regulate every application individually — something I’ve seen in very few other software solutions. Easy to use, good security once configured — and setup works very well. Thank you.

They have zero problem taking your money in any currency, however if you try and remove your money, you have no chance the excuse start, down for maintenance, you can’t withdraw in euros you need to convert to another currency then your bank doesn’t support your currency, it’s just a never ending journey in a circle loads of scripted replies leading you nowhere, avoid you will never see your money again….

Just watched documentary on this were scammers put in fake 5 star reviews, shocking, disgusting, these people steal avings from the elderly so until all fake scammer reviews are deleted your getting another 1 star review. Make me feel sick.

I have never experienced such appalling customer service. My ASUS ZenWiFi AX (XT8) failed while still under warranty, yet ASUS refuses to take responsibility and keeps pushing me back to Amazon, which no longer provides support for the item.I have been dealing with Michal_Z and Rares_M, who have outright refused to escalate this matter to a manager. What kind of a help centre refuses to escalate serious issues? Instead of providing any real assistance, they just keep copy-pasting the same responses while doing nothing to resolve the problem.Despite multiple escalations, ASUS continues to ignore the issue, refuses to facilitate a repair or replacement, and offers zero proactive assistance. Their approach to customer support is dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.I provided all necessary proof of purchase, yet ASUS still won’t sort this out internally. Instead, they expect me to resolve it myself, which is impossible.Avoid ASUS at all costs. If you ever have an issue, their so-called “support” team will waste your time, refuse to escalate, and leave you stranded with a faulty product. Absolutely disgraceful service.

This is my first experience using this app, it appealed as it was the platform where I found a very nice property for my xmas get away. I booked months in advance and was definitely worried about paying in advance. Fast forward to 3 days before travel and no information from the host, no answer to my in app message or direct text message. Spoke to the online customer services who also tried to contact the host (total 3 times I spoke with them and they tried to contact the host) now hours before I fly and 1 day from check in I have asked for a refund so I can source alternative accommodation. This has been agreed to and confirmed by email although the money has yet to land. I expected the worst given all the reviews but am happy they have refunded the money but very annoyed one of their partners! Has caused me so much hassle hours before I travel……

They are the worst live tv subscription I have ever tried. Half the time you can’t watch channels that you pay for do to something they call a blackout. I just don’t understand why it cost so much. Why charge customers that price if you don’t give them what they are paying for. Please stop worrying about taking customers money and fix all the mess of service you provide. Omg 😱 and also plz stop with all the commercials/ads it takes forever just to watch a television show. I don’t know if something was wrong, but I was watching residential alien and it kept playing ads nonstop, so I counted the time in between they played an ad every two minutes. I got so mad I changed to Fubo tv. I just hope it’s better.

I decided to try the premium without ads and then cancelled at the end of the month cause work was getting heavy. Then i receive a $73 charge from the website for literally nothing. Checked and i don't even have premium. I've contacted costumer service many times but they never responded so i've been forced to take it too disputes and change my card at the bank. Be very careful with this site
