As a new small business owner I was lied to and deceived into believing that this was an Electronic Medical Record which I need to be compliant in the state of Texas. It is not an EMR. The demo did not work. The Sales rep told me MD could sign off on treatments and charts and they can’t . They will refund me 1st month for miscommunication but want me to pay the rest of the 11months . They won’t let me out of the contract and are trying to force me to use something that is useless to me .

A very easy experience using Ferryscanner to book my trip to the Cyclades in June/July 2025. Worst customer service ever. Got a gopro8 a few months ago only use it handful of times not working. Phoned customer service got someone that speaks poor English. Wanted me to take a photo of the serial number which is inside by the battery. Keep sending me link but once I go on it after a couple of minutes it goes off and says I can't go on it again. Really disappointed, that after just a few hours of filming the GoPro packs up. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Never buy a GoPro

I have had my system for 18 months and have had nothing but incredibly bad service ranging from being lied to to being abused and hung up on. The system itself is lovelly but the customer service is way past appaling verging on ludicrous, everyone I speak to says they will sort my problem out but only 1 person ever has done anything, and that caused a major problem this week due to his "HELPING". I would'nt urinate on them if they were on fire.

What a horrible nasty company. I would assume most people have or do use asos. If you want a quick cheap 1 off throw away item for a night out it’s ok. But when you get a problem… that’s when the problem really starts. I placed an order and was actually shocked as just how poor the order was. Nothing I ordered was as described. The issues were endless and the quality of fabric, stitching everything was so poor. Even worse than before. So you try to get help. Faced with an unbelievably trusting robot. Who FORCES you to only select items of contact from a set list. Well my issue wasn’t there. But there is no “other” or “say my issue” nothing. Over and over this goes. I keep trying “talk to a human” transfer me to a person. Everything I could think of. I ended up having to go through the wrong thing. And even now my complaint is headed up “update on my return” As I couldn’t pick anything else. I eventually get a person. And I explain that i want to park my actual issue and now raise a formal complaint about the robot. It took me well over 20 min to get past it. And I wanted to raise a complaint as feedback to fix or remove this stupid bot. And the person POINT BLANK REFUSED over an over again to take my complaint. In fact they kept threatening to cut me off from the chat if I didn’t drop the complaint and actually explain the reason I had come to the chat in the first place. So I dug in my heels. And said NO. I want you to record and raise my complaint. These bots are horrible. And are of no use to anyone. Especially when they force you to type in all your security questions. As though you are “saving the human time” and then,. The human makes you repeat it all anyway. I swear they are there to annoy customers so much that they give up trying to complain. Now I was getting angry. And my complaints were increasing. I now accused the person. Of refusing to help me. And they just persisted. So now I demanded to speak to a manager. “Why” they said. “To complain about you. To report you for refusing to help a customer”Now they started to point blank refuse this. I want allowed to speak to a manager unless I told them why I had come to the chat in the first place. And on and on and on it went. I told the person that I think they were a disgrace to asos and they should be sacked!!! And that’s fire an employee this bad on the spot. EVENTUALLY, I get through to someone else. Who logs a complaint. I get an email. Today. Stating that the bot is good. And helpful. The memeber of staff was going a good job I’m the problem if I won’t tell them the problem how can they help me,,And that I’m rude and aggressive and offensive to the staff and I must apologise and promise to stop or they won’t help me. End of matter The whole company is a joke!! Trying customers like that. Deciding if you are allowed to complain. Refusing to help, I didn’t get anything resolved. And I lost 1.5 hours of my time. And then I got the blame. SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER HOW DARE I BE UPSET HOW DARE I REFUSE TO BE TRAYED LIKE THIS. ACCOUNT CLOSED!!! Will never shop with asos ever again. And I HIGHLY AND STRONGLY RECOMEND AGAINST ANYONE ORDERING. Because once a problem does arise. You have NO HOPE OF A SMOOTH SOLUTION.

The new app is terrible. My folders are for some strange reason in 2 alphabets now, and are unable to be managed in the correct order in the app, though my folders are all correct on aol.com, and half the time I go to file a new email into one of those folders, it doesn't take. The email goes to old mail instead. I have to redo the filing once or twice. Plus, I click 'move to new mail' to keep a read email as unread, rather than click 'read' than 'unread', preferring 1 step to two.About 1/4 of the time, I go to open a new email and instead it at takes me to a filed email, nothing to do with the new one.What the heck was wrong with the old app?PLEASE bring it back or allow us the option to switch back to it. Wouldn't this be such an easy resolution? I know some older cell phones still have the old app. PLEASE let us all have the option!!So many kinks. Did you test the new app at all??
