Once again, I was scammed by this company and left holding the bag. This time, with a mesa amplifier. The item started malfunction ing right after the "return window". Shocker. It kept getting worse, guitar center refuses any connection to it, and refuses to address this issue in any way other than "should have paid hundreds for our pro coverage."Avoid these people. Sweetwater always honors their deals, and always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. Go through them instead.I have had guitar center clsoe my account, and remove all data from their back end. Scammers till the end as per usual.Update: went back after the downfall of Sweetwater, and once again had a miserable experience. Sent my guitar to a store instead of my home, then decided to slap a fun hidden fee of 13 dollars that they then shrug off as “synchrony bank’s fault”. The guitar came in poor shape with sharp frets sticking out of the neck, and the gig bag being crimped and damaged. They basically told me to return it and they won’t replace the gig bag.Scam company still, and I regret being optimistic and trying them once again.

Ordered a used item for pickup that was listed as excellent condition only to call the store and be told the subwoofer on the speaker does not work. I inquire about an item listed in stock on their website only to be told they don’t have it and I’d have to have the order cancelled. This is why people avoid big box stores. You mark something as excellent and in stock only for neither to be true. Being unaware how payment will be returned and I need equipment today. Extremely disappointed

As a prime customer really disappointed with the worsening state of the Amazon delivery logistics. Deliveries always late if they turn up. Reading repeated failed delivery attempts when they never bothered to come they obviously don’t even care that there is CCTV. Then we get to the lack of customer service as it’s nearly impossible to get to an agent. Suppose well done for avoiding complaints!

I've lost countless hours to rectifying Quickbooks issues this past fiscal year. After getting the non-profit discount recently instead of just applying the discount to an existing account you have to migrate manually your accounts, including taking a backup, restoring the backup, only to see that the most important information doesn't make it. Exporting your chart of accounts from Quickbooks account A and importing into account B is not possibile because they're in different formats - pond water would not build something so useless.

I have recently bought a 5 device package but found it to be absolutely useless. It was totally incompatible with my Samsung Galaxy A13 and slowed everything down so much I had to uninstall it. On my laptop, it disabled Google Chrome. I've spent all morning on the phone to an offshore call centre who were also useless. They kept telling me that they would transfer me to Mobile Support but repeatedly transferred me to the wrong departments. They struggled to understand what I was saying so there was an obvious language barrier. I've now deleted it and I'll look for another provider. Macafee, you really are a disgrace. Get your act together! I left this review for Macafee but when I received an email stating it was published I went to the review and a message appeared to provide a UK contact centre number for them. The number is 020 32904223. I have called it and it was a scammer, attempting to get me to allow remote access to my device. I have confirmed the number and access method with Macafee who have confirmed it is a scam. Please be aware.

Assists with raising money for misinformation campaigns regarding COVID-19. They are aware of these shows that are raising money on here although refuse to take any action. They are indirectly responsible for the people who view these projects and either die or have chronic health problems from COVID-19. Terrible terrible organisation, do not support. I also have heard they skim money off the top and keep a large portion of the money from fundraising. Use facebook or alternative sources. While working here management was abusive and HR laughed at me and belittled me when I brought it to there attention, they also lied in the interview about pay ad extent of job, left very quickly.

Their website clearly states that they give out rainchecks but the Kanata store claimed they don't. Showed them the policy and they still refused. Contacted their online help chat who also told me they don't give out rainchecks anymore but it's still on their website. It had been years since I entered a bestbuy and I doubt I return. Google "Bestbuy rainchecks" and you'll see the policy they refuse to honour.

In case you did not know AAA uses TrustPilot to get you to review here where very few people see it and you feel like you had a chance to vent and then you don’t go blow them up on Google …. Nevertheless…. this company is a joke ... I paid a lot more money for the upgraded premier coverage ... added family members on .... called at 10 AM yesterday for a tow and they jacked around all day with apologies and no answers and excuses and 24 hours later they still don't have anyone here ... it's a scam ... don't let them take advantage of you like I did ... just add roadside assistance to your auto insurance policy for about $ 5 a month which I just did and tell AAA to kick rocks.

Never use venmo or PayPal! This is the second time I have had issues with venmo or their parent company, PayPal, freezing money and just holding it for no apparent reason.I am a professional driver and on this occasion I was paid for driving someone from the Indianapolis airport to Detroit, Michigan back on June 30th. The person who paid me for that ride had his phone stolen a couple months ago. His venmo account was compromised, money stolen, and he notified venmo of this. Now, several months down the road, whoever stole his phone and accessed his account is now questioning all the transactions that he made, hoping that chargeback money will be put back into the venmo account so he can steal more. Venmo is now freezing the money of anyone this phone thief claims he doesn't recognize a transaction to, even though this thief is not the person the account belongs to or the person who sent the money. Even after the owner of the account notified venmo of the situation, they left his account active, allowing the thief to have access to it, without notifying the account owner. And now they have Frozen, and are holding, the accounts and money of an indefinite amount of people. When I contacted venmo, providing them all of the information about the transaction, and had the owner of the account contact them and explain that he never made this complaint, that he had already told them his account was compromised, they chose to ignore it and keep everyone's money Frozen, saying, " oh well, this investigation will have to be done by the card issue or or bank behind the venmo account. We don't have anything to do with it..." Although they are clearly the company who actually froze everyone's money. Do yourselves and your loved ones a huge favor! If you need to transfer money through an app, use zelle or cash app. Forget all about PayPal and venmo. And if you need to send money out of the country, and zelle or cash app won't allow you to? Use Remitly or Walmart to Walmart. There seems to be no timeline on these occurrences, so anyone who has ever sent you money in the past, or any scammer who happens to get the information of someone who sent you money in the past, can just claim they don't recognize a transaction and get all your money held up. And not just the money you currently have in your account, but any money that comes into it in the future. They received a one star rating up above simply because they have to in order for me to be able to write a review. But what they deserve is a big fat zero

Yet again, the pens were exactly what I needed. They are a great design and my logo is perfect. The delivery was quick and the service provided was first class. My go-to pen supplier, plenty of designs and colours.All in all a great service.The only down point is having to pay $60 on customs that I certainly wasn't expecting.
