The delivery company Temu uses, EVRI, simply leaves your package outside your door in full view of everyone, giving anybody the opportunity to steal your parcel.They could leave the package behind a bush, under a car, with a neighbour, etc, but instead they chose to leave it in an unsafe place.When I try to contact Temu you can't contact them by phone or email nor can you get an email address to complain to. They just wash their hands of any responsibility. But it is their responsibility to make sure the parcel is delivered with the person it's addressed to or in a safe place.Disgusting service in every department.Despite Temu having very cheap goods, I won't be using them again.

I bought a used Altima in January of 2018. It had 47000 miles on it and I paid $15k for it. In June of 23 I took it in with a slipping CVT transmission. The mileage was only 51k. The class action lawsuit applied up to 84k miles or 7 years. It was 20 days past. I appealed to Nissan and they would not provide any compensation

just renewed my 1 year subscription and lost 23 days of the license. in other words renewal does not work. it is more a re-buying and if you do it to early you loose from your already paid time.edit: very fast reaction and generous offer from Bitdefender to solve the issue. this is why i changed to 4 stars. next year hopefully 5 stars when the renewal works without "manual" intervention

Working with Zoom is an incredibly frustrating experience, however I simply haven't been able to find another platform to meet the technical needs for our small business. While the product itself is good and fairly intuitive, the billing practices are abhorrent. Self-service is practically impossible. To switch from annual to monthly billing, or vice versa, you have to cancel, wait for everything to disappear, and then you can rejoin. How a tech company doesn't have a basic B2C purchase model is beyond me. We are an events education organization and to have all of our events and webinars "disappear" is stressful. Yes, they reinstate upon a new purchase, but it still causes downtime on our end where users cannot register for events. We tried leaving Zoom and tried other platforms, but sadly there isn't enough competition out there and we had to return - only to once again encounter the same purchase issues which results in HOURS of my time trying to fix my account with Zoom support, filing chargebacks with my bank, and ensuring our events are correct. If I could leave I would, but there are simply no other alternatives with the same features.

As usual, Siteground's Customer care is perfect, helpful, and up to the point. The agent performed in an empathic and helpful way. Shame is that now it is so difficult to reach an agent. And the IA in the chat is slow, and usually does not even read my question, so, it answers something else. I've asked how to download a backup of my site, and only at the very beginning it said that this was a Premium feature... must have said "this is a paying feature, not included in our standard services"

Ebay seller for 6 years, a few sales. I always good with customers, leaving notes for them in boxes and even joking with them in feedback and things, not in the middle of things ofc, it was great. However, I had a bad sale, was out of the whole ebay thing and had a lot going on in life, I missed a sale, told the man id ship his stuff, missed it again. I packaged it up, forgot it once more and I was reported. A 98% 5 star review and Im just banned, gone. Called, no appeal. Duration permanent. Great buyers, quite the sh** app with no sense of loyalty. Called them they congratulated me for 8 years of loyalty... I even said thanks but in reality its simply compensating. Just stick to the script they do. No point in revealing my humility to them, they don't deserve it.
