Ive had to make so many more calls, im just talking about 1 specific day here, but i made 3 calls and had to just hang uo was so frustrating. And on the 4th call the lady was finally willing to help me about my POOR service and she ended up sending me something and after that my service was good. I asked if it would stay like that she said yes of course. But then the next month, i told them prior i needed to change day i can pay to my pay day, and so after these calls and fixing my service i got charged on the 3rd or 4th so i called about it and asked why so early we agreed on the 14th she said oh that starts next month. So considering i paid that month i thought "ok i paid this month and the day i pay changes next month" but no i guess i had to pay for something they probably made up and the same month on the 14th it tried charging me again. At that point i obviously didnt save enough thinking i paid that month. Now after missing that payment my service is even worse then it was at the start. They have great service, but not willing to share it

Too many hidden fees to count!I had 3 lines. Knocked it down to 2 line (so I thought) and put the 3rd line on hold/suspension so I didn't have to pay for the services on the 3rd line. No come to find out even if you put a line on hold/suspension you still have to pay for services you're not/can't use with it being on hold. I called up ATT to ask if 3rd phone is all paid up. They told me yes and I was like good take that one off my plan then because I don't need it.Next billing cycleMy $265 phone bill for 2 phone lines (actually 3 since I was still paying for their services i didn't/can't use) shot up to $600!!!!!!!!!What the actual f*** ATTMe "one of ATT workers last month told me I was all paid up on that phone. Is there any way we can do a charge of $100 a month till it's paid off because i cant afford a $600 bill"Them "Mama there's nothing I can do. You have 2 options. We reinstate the phone to which youll have to pay the monthly balance of the phone and the phone services or you pay your bill" Me "phone services? I had that phone service on hold/suspened. What do you mean pay for services?"Them "even though you put the phone on hold/suspened you still have to pay for it's services"Me "but me putting a hold/suspened on that phone makes it's so it can't be used so why would I be charged for it?"Them "mama even though the phone can't be used you still have to pay for the services"Me "what service if the phone cant be used?!?! You cant charge me for a service i cant use!!!"Them "mama it doesn't matter per ATT"Stay far far away from this money hungry company that will bleed you dry!!!!! Abominable customer service. My 5000 points are lost in space. I also need to merge my two email addresses into one account. Their CONTACT US "service" features only Robot chats, rote answers that don't fit, and an inane instruction that tells you if you want to merge your accounts you have to CONTACT US. Back to Contact Us -- which again, is all robotic. A phone number found on Google gets terminated if you're a diner. They really don't give a... In pursuit of solutions, I somehow got to a "live chat" -- I don't know how -- but by the time I answered THEIR questions in detail, the agent disconnected me and closed my chat. I am agog at the lack of caring and incompetence. There's more: 5000 points was supposed to be a $50 card, but it now appears that it's only worth $25??? It's not just the questions. It's that Open Table clearly could not care less about answering account related questions from diners. Newsflash to Open Table: Diners are the reason you exist. Further, if you're going to rely on chat and help categories, at least hire people who can write and think clearly. Technical writing requires both -- and your instructions are lacking clarity and detail. I've just wasted a precious hour with this incompetent, disrespectful organization.

When you try to manage this subscription, you discover that the lessons you've paid for come with an expiry date—you must use them before your current subscription period ends.I reached out to customer support, and they assured me that lessons could be rescheduled beyond the deadline. Unfortunately, in my case, that turned out to be untrue.On the other hand, the classes themselves have gone smoothly, and I'm very happy with my teacher—I might even continue with her. But I don’t appreciate being pressured into ongoing payments through unclear and rigid subscription rules.

AVOID this company. They've been sneakily charging me twice for a subscription and are refusing to refund me the $378 AUD they 'stole' from me. Despite repeated discussions - and EVIDENCE - they not only refuse to acknowledge the extent of their wrongdoing, they also cancelled my subscription through Google Play so that I cannot lodge a claim with Google Play.

I never cared about mobile operating systems, but android 12 is the ugliest thing I've ever seen. If I knew I would have never upgraded it. I have had it for a few months and I'm still not over it and I still can't believe this is real. I have a sony xperia 5ii which doesn't help cause you can't change anything visual on it. It looks so bad that I'm even considering changing my phone. Also, the fact that you now need to press 2 buttons to connect to the home wireless is eating my nerves and time. I've accidentally pressed data mobile this morning and it ate £10 for 100MBs. I am really dissapointed.
