I have used Adobe Creative Suite for many many years. They cost a fortune but provide market leading software. Woe betide anyone who finds they can no longer afford their software or have any need for it. You will be caught in their endless billing cycles and any attempt to cancel will be met with offers and "free three month periods" which then circle back round to billing you over and over again. Whatever you do they refuse to cancel, refuse to refund. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with! I advise anyone to use anything other than Adobe. They are as unethical a company as you can imagine!

Review of CNN
NO TRUST whatsoever. Not only has this left winged activist channel lost ALL my trust, but I have been forced to look for completely new ways of getting accurate information. It's not even a question for me anymore. Not a speculation. CNN is utterly useless in getting clean, unbiased, and non partisan information. They are feeding the monster of media control and are indeed fake news.

This website is a must for those who are looking for solutions, advices, suggestions and much more about all topics related to informatics. I am not an expert but in many situations i have found solutions to my issues just looking for the proper thread in the forum. Above all I appreciate the fact that moderators are always present to keep discussions on track and avoid them to become a mess of random comments. I would give five star if the indexing system for fast key-word search was improved, as sometimes is a bit frustrating to scroll tenths of pages to find the comment you are looking for.

Having previously been charged twice for one trip and never receiving a refund from tfl, I was dismayed when my card showed a tick for payment but the turnstile didn't let me in. I raised my concern with the guard at Hammersmith tube station who said nahh it won't charge you twice. I explained that happened before, still he said nahhh that doesn't happen, obviously, I am a liar. I reluctantly put my card through again and went through, to which he added sarcastically, its probably charged you 3 times now haha. That is not the level of customer service anyone should expect to receive from any customer staff member. Charges don't show up until the next day, so I will wait and see. Meantime, tfl, stop robbing travellers and think about some customer service training for your staff. Maybe a pay rise would help with the clearly low moral I witness almost every time I use your 'services'.

Only giving one star because I have to. Shipping information was not accurate and the package required a signature. I missed the delivery because of the incorrect delivery date we cant sit at my home until 10pm everyday waiting for a package to be delivered only to not show up when I purchased the item they said it be there by the 21st did not receive item until the 24th. Also having a hard time returning Items I will never order from here again.

We managed to get a decent design logo about 6 years ago. Some of the designers can be a bit prickly so proceed with caution. If you do decide to give this a try make sure you have time to manage your contest and be prepared to give lots of feedback. There are some designers out there that realize this is a contest and might or might not land the winning logo but unfortunately there is always that person that feels entitled and acts foolish and unprofessional. It's business but some take it very personally.
Review of wordfence
We upgraded after I saw admin accounts that didn't belong to us were present for 2 weeks. The person assigned didn't realize we already had wordfence basic around $90/year and had upgraded to about $490/year. Not a great start. Then they get all our info, which was far too much info to be giving them for what they do, a wordpress security plugin. After correcting their employee two more times they came back and said they would refund me and not fix it unless I deleted things our server requires for certain plugins to run.I knew already they weren't infected and also knew that these things were beyond the scope of what wordfence is. These are core services and standalone scripts not even in a web directory at all. The employee argued with me and then their manager put me down and implied I didn't know the basics of permissions which hadn't even come up before. They offered to refund me again and I pressed saying they needed to find and fix the actual infection. To which they ghosted me and now I'm doing a charge back.I went with Malcare, who I can see is gaining market share from them. In less than 12 hours they found two vulnerable modules and one of them was hacked. I upgraded the modules. I was in contact with about 5 people for diff issues and all were prompt and they got me setup so fast and back on track. They do their job. By the way they never tried to get me to delete our shipping service and I get daily updates on their scans.Malcare is cheaper, their support isn't rude and knows what they're doing, and their plugin actually found and fixed a hack Wordfence went 2 weeks with nothing and I found we were hacked myself due to new user accounts that shouldn't exist. In short, Wordfence seems to only care if you fit into their majority audience of making you feel safe if you have a server with only wordpress and nothing else on it. If you dare to have an actual business and server they will try to pawn off any excuse they can to say it isn't their fault. And then they will be rude to you and ghost your refund request.Don't buy Wordfence at best it's a feel good blanket that does nothing when the rain comes.
