Bought headset for sons Xmas present. Over £50. Doesn't work. Contacted customer service to return. Took 3-4 weeks of emails before they sent me a returns label. I used it but the courier service ups would not take it as it's a return label to Netherlands and they required extra forms. No forms provided so went back to Logitech. Never heard from them since. AVOID! Bad products. Even worse customer service.

Absolutely the worst online customer service ever!! 1st- Extremely hard to understand rep, because phone call was outsourced! Then over a 45-50 minute continual phone callS & being disconnected 5 x’s- representatives in the middle of sentences, completely stops talking mid sentence-without being disconnected And Not being put on hold, They just stop talking, this happened 3 of the phone calls! Last 5th phone call “back to customer service yet again” (866-983-8582) speaking with another rep (that I couldn’t understand) & in the middle of him speaking a word, he stops “mid Word” because a massive fight is breaking out in the background screaming, yelling, objects hitting something, extremely loud crashing noises is going on & he’s obviously still on the phone call w/me because I can hear the commotion in the background and I’m sitting there saying “hello, hello” (with no response from him) this goes on for almost 30 seconds while I’m hearing this massive “Jerry Springer brawl” going on- THEN either I was hung up on PURPOSELY or disconnected yet again, (maybe the phone was pulled out of the wall by one of fighting screaming banshees IDK) without getting my problem even addressed to the rep because I kept getting discontinued or cut it off mid sentence or even in middle of them speaking a word! I couldn’t even get my issue addressed! Don’t EVER call Customer Service, you will NOT get any help or issue resolved! I called my local Ulta where I shop & explained the situation & they could not help me either, because it was an online purchase- she was appalled & apologized continually for what happened, but couldn’t assist me cause of being an online issue.SO my suggestion to anyone going to buy Ulta products online DON’T because if there’s a problem & you have to call Customer Service for a return or to even trying to get it rectified, you definitely are taking a chance, heck you may be like me & never even get yo explain your problem! Buy what you need at your local store where they can assist you there!!! Buyer beware of online purchases! RDavitte!

I walked in and out of the one in Pompano Beach location. No one greeted me at the door. I search for a person to help me locate a product. After I tried some samples, no one dropped by. Instead, I sensed someone watched me if I was going to steal. No customer service at all and when I walked out, no one cares either. I will never go back to that store. I bought from Fort Lauderdale stores multiple times.
Review of expressvpn
I give this 2 ⭐️ It’s fine on my laptop sometimes but on my phone it’s garbage I get disconnected. I can’t access websites. I feel like uninstalling it. I turn off the Wi-Fi on my phone and I use my data after I disconnect from the VPN.
Review of com
Telstra's customer service is worse than that of a developing country. I would rate them a zero if I could. I previously lived in China and can tell you that China Telecom provided infinitely better service than these clowns. I am a secondary teacher trying to teach online classes due to the NSW lockdown. As a result, my Mobile Broadband ran out in half the normal time so I needed to find a way to either upgrade my plan or somehow add data. The trouble was that my Mobile Broadband was not on either my Telstra app or my online Telstra account. As a result, there was no way I could do anything to resolve this. When I logged in, I could see some ancient plan from years ago was still there. I called customer service and got sent in circles by the automated phone messages until I finally got hold of a technician something in the sub-continent. After talking to this man for 3 hours he tells me he can't resolve the problem because it is the job of billings. Numerous times he would ask me to hold for two minutes while he talked to people in the billings department. He gives me a case number and tells me to call billings the next morning. The next morning, I attempted to call billings and again got sent around in circles by the automated messages. Eventually I got through to another man who then passed me onto a woman in the billings department. In the meantime, I was unable to join my Year 9-10 class online because the call was taking so long. The woman eventually started telling me that there is nothing they can do about merging my accounts and told me that I have to make the changes from my end on the Telstra App, I would reply that the options to make the changes myself were non-existent both on the app and the web. After over an hour on the phone she suddenly disconnected me. I find this utterly disgraceful that those running Telstra allow this appalling customer service to continue.
Review of dashlane
It would have been nice to be able to speak with a live agent, rather than a back/forth QnA or a survey. I hope Dashlane realizes that their solution [except for default iOS "Passwords"] is NOT for the masses. It can be confusing and cumbersome. I have many clients (for whom I've turned onto Dashlane) that are continually confused by how Dashlane operates. As a simple example.... To get help with my tech-related issue, I had to create a NEW HELP ticket by answering what Rev/Ver software I was using... annd most lay-users would have NO clue. I'm not saying I have the answers. Just noticing the areas of opportunity for improvement. Ps. I'm a tech consultant. I've been using Dashlane for 5+ years. I reached out to Dashlane for help due to issues with Dashlane working with my Chrome Browser. All other web browsers have been working fine.
Review of X (Twitter)
Twitter is an example of curtailing civil liberties and freedom of expression. I am forced by Twitter to create an account and log in to freely view various people's posts, even though twitter is not the owner of these posts, only the technical manager. I don't post comments, I just want to review the last dozen or so posts but twitter forces me to log in. Another thing is the blocking of accounts for pathetic reasons. An example is the "trauma" of Russian trolls under a post about the encirclement of their troops. Twitter decided that I had hurt the company badly with a post that they had to surrender or be killed. To unblock the account I had to assign a phone number to the account and delete the post. Eventually, after some thought, I deleted the account. It is possible to live without Twitter, and I will not tolerate pathetic prudery and coercion.
Review of YouTube
YouTube is run by a group of liberals. They are adamant about censoring people. They allow these extreme liberals to say whatever they want. Then, when we respond, they delete the comment. They permit liberals to make all sorts of threats, and they are also leaking the information of those who oppose the radical left . I have been threatened so many times on YouTube, and they do nothing about it and keep the comment up instead of deleting it, which goes against their rules.
Review of Google
Sad state of affairs when Google decides who you get to see in your searches based on the amount of money they spend. You are missing out some great companies, please please try other search engines . You will see so many other interesting results.Bing, Yahoo, Brave .. do your research. And as far as customer service goes for Google ads, go to the trust pilot review for this. You better have a huge advertising budget, or don't bother.
