Do I have to give a star.The worst service ever, Sales person after agreement wouldn’t return a single call, Calling support, bounced from one department to another, go over the whole issue time and time again, sorry you need to call this department, nope I can’t resolve let me give you the right department, sorry you need to contact this department…... After 2 months of countless calls and countless hours on the phone with them, the internet has never worked. We had to switch back to our old provider which went seamlessly to get by, resulting in us doubling our costs thinking we might get this resolved. . Apparently they have no technicians to visit and resolve issues they can’t resolve over the phone. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

My Open Table account shows that I have made 19 reservations in the last 3 years but only 2 of the 19 result in rewards points. What nonsense. My attempt to question this results in being serviced by a bot and I end up a loop of the same questions but no answers.

I have been a member of Creative Market since it first launched. Over the years the customer service has gone downhill. The response times are ridiculous and in turn puts projects behind due not being able to quickly resolve issues. Most recently, I was trying to renew my account. I was unable to renew due to an expired credit card on account, I updated the card and could not renew. I sent an email to customer service, heard nothing back for well over a week. In the meantime, they cancelled my account. Then, I get an automated email from them giving me useless information. All of this could've been solved with a 10 minute phone call. Working with Creative Market customer service is like trying to break into Fort Knox, virtually impossible to get anywhere

This website puts out incredibly bizarre articles that are at odds with common sense or reality. They're also of an extreme left ideology (Communist/Marxist), and lack any objective, critical thinking. They just put out an article raking J.K Rowling amongst the worst villains in history, no that isn't a joke. It'd be best to only visit this website with an ad blocker enabled, should one feel compelled to.

Wrote a 1 star review which prompted them to email me asking for further information which I sent the same day. They then just ignore you and don't respond. Although you think you are getting a great deal when you get the cheap crap they send out and then have an issue you don't actually save anything. I reckon losing the £23 on the damaged parcel but saved a few quid on other stuff I'm probably even so going to call it a day with AliExpress. It's funny how you reply to these reviews straight away promising to get in touch but you actually NEVER DO.

I’m sitting here in my car going on my third hour waiting for service to come out and help me with a flat tire issue. This is the second call within 6 months that I have waited for an extended amount of time for a driver. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional to make customers wait so long, and not once, but twice. Why does the automated system tell you that a driver will be there at a certain time, then it comes back and tells you it will be over an hour more to wait? This is just not cool. Can you have a manager or supervisor reach back to me asap! Please DO NOT USE AAA Roadside assistance

Google is the absolute worst. It places random ads everywhere, and when you try to close them, it's just a white block saying, "Ad closed by Google". Also, I have to use a Chromebook every day, but the Chromebooks are 💩. I'm on my seventh one in six years because these computers are built horribly, and not meant to be used every day. Also, can we talk about the reviews? Some of them are obviously fake, as McDonald's has a 4-star review at one location, but a 2-star at another. The four-star is fake reviews posted by Google. DO NOT USE!!!
