Google Fi reps hung up on us

My wife yesterday asked for chat help with her Google Fi phone, and after a few hours of back and forth, the company disconnected my service by mistake. When I later reached tried to fix things, the company cancelled my wife's Google Fi service.We have been satisfied with the Google Fi service, until yesterday, and have been faithful customers for about three years without any issues. It has been 24 hours, and we have been diligently trying to reach a supervisor, or someone who may be able to help us, but Google reps place on hold, and then feature disconnects. The last rep said that everything could be fixed, and that it was very easy to do, then disconnected the chat when she was unable to do so. I understand that people make mistakes, we are all human, and as a retired school teacher I also believe in second chances. Given what has taken place, if someone at Google actually reads this review, what else must a loyal customer do to make things work out?Thanks,Theo

Review of duolingo

The new update is absolutely terrible

The new update is absolutely terrible. I've been using Duolingo on and off for years and I thought it was better after I came back from every break. This year I became a subscriber and loved it.. until the new UI was forced on us. Now I absolutely hate it and I will definitely end my subscription if it doesn't change back.

Wells Fargo and Windows World are two deceitful companies. Do not do business with them

Wells Fargo told me they are doing business they do not care. I compliant about Window World and called Wells Fargo to stop my payment because the sliding is too small, Window World triple bucks it to make it fit. Tania from Wells Fargo did not want to hear me. I am banking with them for the past 16 years. I will have to close my account with them. I contact the CEO office and I am still waiting for them. Window World is not accredited by Better Business Bureau (BBB). I do not know why Wells Fargo signed contract with them. It is very deceitful from Wells Fargo.

Review of lenovo

Do not order through Canadian site…

Do not order any Lenovo products through the Canadian site! Product is sourced in the US and shipping dates given at the time of ordering are a scam. I ordered a 14s Yoga on Dec 14, 2020, for delivery to Winnipeg, Canada. At that point, the expected receipt date was stated as December 21, which I took with a grain of salt because of holiday rush, but I, at least, expected it to arrive at the beginning of January. True to their word, the product was "shipped" within 4 days of the order (at which point my credit card was charged), but shipping was simply movement of the product to a UPS warehouse where, in accordance with Lenovo's shipping policy, it sat awaiting assembly of a bulk shipment with other orders and then customs clearance for all pieces in the entire shipment. As of January 8, 2021, it continues to sit in that warehouse. Neither Lenovo nor UPS provide any meaningful assistance and Lenovo customer service reps fail to provide any follow-up, despite repeated assurances of diligent assistance when contacted. Most maddeningly, the warranty period and return deadlines run from the original "shipping" date, which is nothing more than a fiction. Cancellation of the order requires return of the product to Lenovo within 10 days of authorization, which, of course, is impossible because of the delay in shipping. I'll be forced to dispute charges through my credit card provider, but then be unable to return the product whenever I get it (likely sometime in February, if I'm lucky) because it would be more than 30 days after the "shipping date". I've never seen anything like this, and it's made worse by the absolute refusal of Lenovo to respond or to provide a mechanism for escalation of the issue.

Review of dashlane

If you forget the master password you…

If you forget the master password you are screwed. You must start all over again and reset all of your sites. Also, will intercept your every attempt to log on by blocking the log on info. I'm an old man and have a habit of forgetting passwords. Dashlane has declared me as an enemy.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Banned permanently from twitter for calling a racist a moron. If you fit inside a certain bracket they will use any excuse to ban you permanently whereas others can be openly racist and abusive and not get banned. Backwards app for a backwards world. Good riddance.
