I was surprised to enter DSW today. I went to picked an order item and the store was in completely disorganized, there was boxes everywhere and the young lady behind the counter give me attitude because I asked her if I need to give her an ID to pick up the package, she said “no.” If IDs are not required please remove this requirement from the emails that are send to customer. Customer Service in this store used to be amazing, but when you have this young people working they do not care about the customer the way older people do. I also bought another pair of sandal and she didn’t ask about my rewards point.

I am furious.Never in my life have I encountered such disgraceful customer service. I returned a pair of boxing shoes over 6 months ago, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve called 35 times – yes, thirty-five – and every time I get the same nonsense: empty promises, hold music hell, or “we’ll get back to you”… which never happens.This isn’t just incompetence – this feels like deliberate fraud. Adidas has taken my money and washed their hands of all responsibility. When a billion-dollar company refuses to refund a single loyal customer, something is deeply broken.I’ve filed a complaint with the consumer ombudsman and will pursue legal action if this is not resolved within days.👉🏼 Never order directly from Adidas' online store. It’s risky, unreliable, and apparently void of basic consumer rights.I feel cheated, ignored, and utterly disrespected.Shame on you, Adidas.

The Kroger store in Atascocita Texas is absolutely the worst ran store I have ever been to in my life. They refuse to have an adequate number of cashiers. Once again I left my cart of groceries because I refuse to wait in the extremely long lines. I will not go back. They spend all this money on advertising but refuse to hire adequate help. No wonder their competition directly across the street is kicking their a$$. Is it any wonder that they are steadily losing market share in this area.

MSN news is one sided garbage. Their news is trivial and negative most of the time. I'm a MCSE since 1994 and I cannot support the stupid company. Microsoft's copilot is worthless and it will waste your time. I removed it from Windows 10 but the company thinks it should take over Windows 11 and it does. Microsoft is like Apple and should be held for lawsuits on many things. They both break the law to make money. Microsoft, MSN and Windows are all useless today.Get Linux. It is Free for individual use and is what Android phones use.

The Mindbody software is good, the customer service is polite and helpful. In Germany there are definitely understaff. Mindbody's prices are way too high compared to what it delivers.The only reason we stayed with mindbdoy was because of the extremely helpful customer service representative, Karin.There are many amazing features of MindBody software, but you really don't get around to using it, it's quite complex.Setting up these services is painful and ultimately disappointing.

Super easy email CRM and site/landing page builder.I joined because of the speed and ease with which a non-techie person can building landing pages, websites, put together campaigns. it's not complicated like a few other alternatives out there, Simple drag and drop options for both email newsletters and for web pages. If you can use Canva, you can use this.However, am taking away 1 star because ML have removed one of the blocks for the landing page/website builder - the video block. You now have to use HTML coding which doesn't work for me since I don't understand code and even though the customer service agent was very helpful in giving me a code and instructions which work - the code does require tweaks to be made to adjust the size and the positioning of the video - both of which I do not understand NOR do I have time to learn nor should I have to outside 1 task - add a video.Additionally, when uploading images/videos, you could see all files across 1 page, now I have to scroll through many pages. Despite there being a search bar, I don't always name my images nor remember the name so I have to keep switching through many pages until I come to the image I require. So it seems some of the ease has been taken away in the new ML version.Please bring back the video block feature, not everyone can use the HTML block or should have to source someone else to do that 1 task.
