The car rental overcharged me that I booked through Expedia. I tried to get assistance from Expedia twice. They can chat fine but resolve nothing. It was like 100 euro so after 2 to 3 hours of time spent I gave up. Will never book through them again.

Purchased an item that was not as described. Depop customer service said seller wanted it returned and Depop would refund me shipping (17.99) and the cost of the item as soon as the seller received it. The seller received it 6 days ago. NO REFUND. I’ve contacted Depop and had NO RESPONSE. They have kept all of my money. Not only has the seller kept the worn item, they’re reselling it still as “NEW” and I’m out over $60.00!!! What kind of scam are they running?!

Totally inadequate product with lots of bugs. Support is not great and you have to constantly explain the issue and repeat yourself. They tell you a fix is coming and don't deliver. They also constantly try and get you to upgrade It used to be a great product. It's now more like staledesk.

I have purchased several different memory ornaments from Zazzle. ALL have been made and delivered quickly and just as they appear in the application!Most recent purchase was the “Forever in our Hearts” modern overlay photo glass ornament. It is beautiful! The photo is seen from both sides. Love love love it!

Called UBER. Charged twice. Called so called customer support. They had no record of the journey. So charged £40+ and a £5 cancellation fee. Customer services said they couldn't do anything but send out a form asking for the journey details...which I have already provided and they have no record!! They then abruptly ended the call. So left £25out of pocket. Never again jokers and extremely unhelpful.

I would have rated it a zero if I was able. I booked a room and when I did, there was nothing on it that said non-refundable. The venue of our convention moved half an hour away and I asked to move from same brand hotel to another hotel of the same brand. They gave me the run around and said they could not refund my booking.

It was a pleasure to order, easy understandable instructions and a wonderful quality product Our granddaughter gave my wife a new snoopy case for her new iPhone 15 pro max to replace the one she’d given her for her iPhone 8 It arrived on time, had great vibrant graphics, and most importantly fit her new phone perfectly I highly recommend this artist’s talent for design, use of colour and composition of the subject (snoopy and Woodstock)

I placed an online order mid June. Part of the order didn't work out for me. I tried to return the one item by mail but for some reason I couldn't generate the return ticket. Because of covid the retail stores were closed so I waited until I heard that the stores were open again, beginning of August, I went to do the Bellevue Square store to do my return. I was not given a credit on my Credit card for my refund. It had been longer than 90 days! So even though covid is a significant risk for everyone (especially those over 65 as I am) they insisted upon sending me a "Merchandise Certificate" for my refund. That was bad enough but now I realize that the only way to use this certificate is to GO INTO the store which I was trying to avoid because of Covid. I have shopped at Macy's for over 20 years. The store policies and customer service (or lack of it) have both deteriorated to the point that as a customer you don't feel valued at all. I think this is a new low even for them.After I use this certificate I will never be shopping at Macy's ever again. If I could give them negative stars I would.
