What a shame there are so many people who don't know the definition of customer service. Today I went to the store to pick up an instrument that I ordered and I returned it because I ordered the wrong one. The first person who tried to help me didn't know what he was doing and kept complaining the whole time for no reason. With 1 hour to go before they closed the place, another person helped me. After making the return, I asked him about an item that was in stock and he told me that they didn't have it available. Then I asked him to order it for me and he gave me the wrong price and told me that the store manager would help me and he never helped me. I wait for 20 minutes I never received help I decided to leave. What a shame that these things happen and that they hire people who are not capable of running a store properly or even giving good service to customers.

I had a really good experience with GoDaddy customer service. The person I spoke with was friendly, supportive, and took full ownership of my issue, which made a big difference.What stood out and actually made me smile was when he said it might take some time to fix things because he needed to contact other departments. I immediately thought this meant a couple of days at least. But then he added that it would be around 10 to 15 minutes. I really appreciated the honesty and how quick and smooth the whole process was.It is not every day you end a customer service call feeling genuinely impressed, but this one left a very positive impression.

Bought a pair of heels and I wore once. The heels hurt my feet and I got blisters, so I decided to return it. Nope, you can’t unless you don’t wear the item at all. I mean.. I get it, but how am I going to truly know if the shoes are comfortable or not if I don’t put it to test? Completely bullshit policy. Won’t buy from them ever again.

I have made the most of 4 weeks subscription and I really enjoyed the high quality and rich content provided by the newspaper.I do not work in the finance industry but I love being up to date with the latest trends, insights about the markets and the economy. It supplements very well other sources information in order to make informed decisions as a retail investor.Despite all the advantages described above, I believe it is a bit pricey for retail investors that read it occasionally. I would consider an annual subscription if it was 50% cheaper.
