I recently switched from T-Mobile to Att a few days ago. I had no idea att customer service was the worst experience I’ve ever had or I would have never switched. I accidentally ordered the 256GB iPhone 16 but I wanted the 1TB iPhone 16. I have called att for days, the customer service either can’t find my account, can’t find my order and when they do find something, something happens such as they cannot complete the exchange and will to call me back the next day to finish it or the call ends, it’s like they give up because they are lost and don’t know what to do. And all the waiting made the wrong phone ship, so all that time wasted now I have to send the phone back, trying to contact att to send the phone back and do an exchange is a nightmare. The incompetent customer service representative wastes an hour of my time by asking questions and keep asking me what I wanted to do and told me to call sales and gave me the number to call, so after all that time wasted I call sales, guess what? I need to call customer service to do this. So I call customer service AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! I wait on hold because their customer service is really bad so after 30 minutes of waiting the call fails. This is really ridiculous. I didn’t even add to this message the other days of back and forth with sales and customer service. It’s no surprise to me ATT have majority 1 star ratings, doesn’t surprise me at all from what I had to experience just to exchange a phone. I haven’t even been able to exchange it yet due to the many hours or waiting on hold or answering the same stupid questions over and over and their computers must be from 1980 because it takes them forever to look up anything on your account!!!!! I wish I knew about this before switching, I would have stayed with Tmobile, it’s not worth this headache and I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to exchange the phone with the way things are going, it should not be this hard or complicated.

It wouldn't work at all so I rang Philips to see if I could get a new one on warranty.First, I got straight through to Ruth on the phone.Second, she fixed it. We went through various things - she asked me whether there was a light on the charger but there wasn't. Ruth said i could get a store refund so I went away to ring my son to find out where he bought it. I then noticed that there was a green light on the charger so i turned it on and it worked! Very happy!

Since December last year I have been trying to get hold of this organisation as I need help with a Small Claims online form because my previous employer is an evil, hostile, greedy, spiteful B and deliberately and knowingly underpaid me.The site says "Contact us" if you need help, I called the number - NO ANSWER EVER even AFTER 40 MINS EACH TIME, SEVERAL TIMES A DAY WASTING MY TIME DURING MY DAYS OFF WORK!I've sent emails to the email address they give on the site and STILL NO RESPONSE, EVEN AFTER A COURTESY EMAIL asking when I should expect a response.My first email i sent on 21/12/2023!My last email was sent on 03/02/2024!It is now 18/02/2024!3 MONTHS THiS COMPANY HAVE BEEN IGNORING MY CONTACT ATTEMPTS.HMRC also need me to sort this out so they can add it to my tax calculations and you lot are taking the pizz!If I get fined for this I'm suing YOU!

The amount of rudeness no help except from a helpful security guard. The manager said if I didn't like shop elsewhere. Such an unpleasant experience that when I got outside I threw away a Target card worth $500 so I wouldn't have to sacrifice my dignity to rude employees. As far I'm concerned Target no longer exist.

Hyper-critical toxic moderators. They instantly ban any question for not being perfect. You ask what's the problem and fix any errors. Now it's spot on but nobody is looking at the post any more because it's closed. So you make another post, this time it's perfect, but now this is banned because it's a duplicate of the first. Now both are closed. You ask how you're supposed to fix this and they just ignore you. It's a disgrace because there's nowhere else to go since this has cornered the market. Noobs are now stuck in limbo.

Got a voucher for one country on vacation. Can't be redeemed because it was bought on another country. After spending over 1 1/2 hours with customer service they offered one month of premium to "make for the loss". They say they can't fix it. So I closed my account and all my family's. Go to another streaming service. A company that does not value customers is a company not worth dealing with.

Other than one minor gripe (below) I have always found AVG to be very trustworthy and reliable.They have kept my online presence safe for several years now.My only complaint would be that when they want you to take out a pay-to-use service, you have to be careful if you are only using the basic service and don't want to upgrade.Upgrades (to me, at least) look like updates to your current service. It's only when you've clicked link that you find it's a pay-to-use service.

Pathetic company (shift) IKEA has collaborated for delivery.3 delivery personnel were changed in just 10 hours & none of them are contactable. Current one is switched off & earlier two didn't pick the call even after multiple attempts to reach to them.Using the service first time & highly disappointed. No communication with Shift customer support or shifters assigned.Would like full refund & arrange a pickup slot now. Don't think shift has appropriate staff to run delivery service.
