Amazon is still my best store for…

Amazon is still my best store for buying stuff online. The staff on the platform are usually willing to help even when some sellers refuse to give any response. Therefore, for a happy shopping experience, you just need to be careful because there are some bad sellers hiding on Amazon. But that's okay because I usually use the reviews left by others to determine whether to buy a product or not. Can't tell you how much stress that has saved me.

lost all progress in a game, 41h worth, they were useless to help... i waited a full month for an answer, then back and forth with them giving me the completely wrong info on even the wrong game, then i was gone for a bit under a week and they closed my danged ticket. asshats leaving me hanging for a month and cant wait a week for me to figure stuff out. normally im patient but this is just bs.

Run by amateurs for amateurs. Most sellers need crash course in customer service. Discogs management very elusive, if they exist at all. The main problem is that media condition is always overstated and there is very little recourse or no recourse at all. Bump into a problem seller and you're on your own.

SORT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT

Awful reviews with same experience as myself. A company that makes as much money as this one does it has the worst customer service experience I’ve had in AGES. It’s impossible to speak to a human about an Issue, you get brushed off by the bots so it’s impossible to resolve and raise an official complaint. They used an Amazon courier service to deliver their orders which is cheap and embarrassing and the driver stole my item - trying to get a replacement is exhausting so I’ll be contacting my card provider to get a full refund. Hopefully these reviews are read and something is done because it’s been an embarrassing experience. 24-48 hours to have this resolved and I’m on day 4. Put your money into improving your customer service.

I contacted customer service today at 12:53pm. A male customer service rep was talking down at me when I inquired about a $50.00 sent via zell from my husband acct in US bank. Absolutely rude and impatient. They say they record calls for quality assurance purpose. I don’t nobody ever listens in. When you try to place a complaint, they make it impossible.

Wells Fargo will not give my money back

#WellsFargo fraud/claims dept = 100% incompetency! How can someone transfer money from my account to an organization unknown to me, and I not get notification that it every happened?? And then WF proceeds to deny my claim! I reach out to the organization that my money was transfered to, as WF tells me this is my responsibility, & they CONFIRM the account that my money was transferred to is in fact a fraudulent account and they close that account at that time. I then reach back out to WF with all of this info (emails from said organization), and they do NOTHING! My only option now is to get EFTA legal representation. You better believe I filed a police report, and a complaint with our Attorney General. My trust is completely gone! What am I supposed to do, bury my money in a can in the back yard! If it happened to me, it can/will happen to you!

BECKY PETERSON #27613Hi, Yesterday 7/5/2020 I traveled from SLC to Phoenix Flight #1332.. Leaving at 11:40am I traveled with my husband Manuel Flores and my two ESA pets. When we checked in to check our luggage and get our tickets I was not charged for one of my ESAs... I showed the ESA letter to two of your employees and was told I was okay to go on. We did just that and moved on to our gate preparing to leave SLC. We then arrived at our gate and proceeded to get our ticket scanned to enter onto the aircraft. This is where we met Becky Peterson #27613 She was very rude, saying she didn't understand why we had two ESAs and asked to check my ESA letter again (which she didn't even read/ just glanced at it) and then let on on the aircraft. It was a full flight in my opinion and we made our way back finding a row to ourselves because of COVID19 and we had two animals with us. As we were all situated I looked up and Becky came towards me with a confrontational, defensive and loud voice saying "Kelsey, you need to get all your stuff, get off the aircraft and go buy your pet a ticket". I was so anxious and embarrassed that she was so loud. I then asked her "are you all going to leave without me?" Becky then said "that's up to you!" " You need to get up and get off immediately" sweating with anxiety... I looked at my husband horrified wondering what we should do... 1.)I didn't want to get separated from my family 2.) Should I take all my stuff? what if they leave without me? 3.) I won't make it back in time  .. (Becky didn't let me know the ticket counter was... I didn't know the ticket could be purchased close by) I thought I was going to have to go all the way back to check in to pay for the ticket which would definitely have us miss the flight.  She failed to mention that to me.. and also failed to let us know that it was an easy fix that wouldnt take long and we wouldn't be left.  It was SO unnecessary the way she approached us, how she delivered her message and embarrassing us in front of everyone in the back of the aircraft!! After all, it was YOUR employee who didn't charge us in the first place!  I couldn't believe how we were being treated. This was the first time we flew with our pets so I was already anxious about it....This made the situation even more stressful.We quickly all got off the aircraft with ALL of our luggage and paid for the 2nd animal ticket.  Got back on the aircraft to find our row had been taken and we would have to be split up... one of the female flight attendants politely asked the passenger who took our row to maybe switch to another spot so we could have our row back.. which he did and I was so grateful for that. Two of the female attendants observed the entire situation and also agreed Becky was being out of line and mentioned they felt bad for how we were treated! My entire family and I have always chosen Southwest to Fly.. I know how you all conduct yourselves and what you all pride yourselves to be. I have never been treated like this before. I understand you have a strict protocol for everyone's safety and I respect  that but Becky Peterson is too harsh and it's only a matter of time until you get an employee like her with an angry passenger and then wind up on the news. I'm not sure if I will fly again with Southwest when going to SLC. It was humiliating. Please make sure your Employees are consistent when charging 2nd ESAS especially with first time Flyers with ESA(s).

Do NOT complete jobs for this company. They will absolutely rip you off. I worked an entire week on a project that required me to drive all over town. I received emails stating my jobs were accepted and I would be receiving payment so I continued doing the jobs. After I completed the project and submitted it they rejected it even though I submitted receipts proving my location and time. I requested to be able to fix what they claimed was the issue and I was not granted permission to go back and fix it. Ultimately I worked an entire week for them for free. They got their reports and I didn't receive payment.This company is unethical, and unprofessional. I would recommend working for any company but Ipsos. If zero stars was an option that would be my rating. You WILL get ripped off and end up working for free for them. This company should be shut down for unethical practices.

They Deserve ZERO starts

The Deserve ZERO starts, placed an order 9 days ago for Next Day delivery, up till this moment they haven't even accepted the order. I called them so many times, they even sent me emails with a very specific delivery day after the call, now again 7 days later, order is not even accepted yet.I now read some horrible reviews about people waiting 3+ weeks before their order gets accepted and then waiting more weeks for shipping with complains that the product is not even in Stock, all they do is Lie and they don't delivery anything.They sell fish in a water, Avoid and better look for a more competent product
