Review of lg
We spent $2,022 on an LG French Door refrigerator in May, 2012. The compressor went out in April, 2018 but was covered under a 10-year warranty. LG stated they would not send the new compressor directly to us, they would only send it to an LG authorized service provider, who would come to our home and the repair and labor would be 100% covered. After 3 months of calling (and never hearing back from their maintenance department as repeatedly promised) we said we wanted a certificate for a new refrigerator. LG stated that they needed the original proof of purchase, which we provided via download at least 5 times. Then we were told we’d get a refund for the refrigerator since this MAJOR household appliance had been broken for over 3 months and I’d receive an email from them within 5 business days that would detail the refund process. Again, no response and no email explaining why. I just got off the phone with one of their “executive” staff who said the one-time courtesy repair that was extended in April, 2018 was “null and void”. She acknowledged all the issues and said they wouldn’t do anything at all. DO NOT BUY LG products – they’re expensive and will break during the warranty period - their customer service is designed to string you along for months until you give up. DO NOT BUY LG!

We bought a new washing machine from Lg because the first was good to us, then we had a problem with the new only a little after the warranty was up on a factory defect, they offered no help other then you have to pay, if you want it checked, and if you need service you have to pay, they instructed me what parts to buy told me the wrong info so I'm over 1600 dollars out and their solution is just spend more money

Review of facebook
When I first joined Facebook in 2009, I thought it was the best thing since sliced-bread; however, as years passed, it progressively worsened. So called friends and relatives disappeared or formed their own little clicks; that, and my and everyone else’s personal information was stolen and sold for astronomical profits. I am no longer on there and do not have plans for returning any time soon.

Everytime I haven't ordered something from Amazon, I've been screwed from bad refund and return policies and delivery of dodgy products that do not meet promised expectations. Amazon is part of a handful of companies that actually respects the customer. No question asked returns and refunds. The last year, I have given up on companies that refuse to sell on Amazon, and request all companies do, as I am tried of the inconvenience and the excuses of companies that care more about nepotism than the customer. That said, be sure that the item you order is "fulfilled by Amazon" as otherwise, the seller may be operating under their own return policy and that complicates matters.

Review of 99designs
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was... price is excrement for what you receive. I signed up for Bronze and was really blown away by the work of these designers! One word of advice: be patient with the contest timing! At first, it seemed like only one designer was interested, and i thought i might be asking for a refund, but a couple days in and designers began posting alot of great stuff! I honestly had a difficult time deciding on a winner because there were so many good designs.

I use Sage 50 Accounts. I had reason to contact Tech Support. I took only one call to resolve my issue. Considering so many other companies where you ring and press each number as the menu is read out, and you still get nowhere, Sage is refreshing to interact with.I also watched some of the Sage webinars- I learn something relevant each time.

Massive amount of scrolling needed to simply read half a page or three-quarters page of content due to the bloated ads blocking everything. Gawdawful brits. Their "news" is slanted pro anglo warfare in the first place. And then the ads.....unending ads....chop up the access....

Review of edx
EdX is a great platform, and I've been so grateful for everything I've learned on there. My hope is that edX will begin to make itself easier to use. Allow verified learners to easily switch between sessions of a course (no deadlines). Allow users to sort courses by recently added to make new ones easier to find. Maybe create a subscription model for users who take many courses.I hope edX continues to grow and prosper in the coming years!

Predatory free trial. It's bad enough that they purposely offer free trials so users who forget to cancel pay for the product, but it's even worse when the plan they automatically charge you for is the ANNUAL subscription. Who after a 7 day free trial wants to buy the largest subscription package automatically? As a user experience designer, the developers at calm should be ashamed.I'll also mention regarding the product - it is nicely packaged but you can get all of these types of recordings for free online or through the apps you already pay for. Do yourself a favour and google asoftmurmur and youtube 'guided meditation' and you have a more customizable version of what you are tricked to pay for here.
