seller support is useless just refund customers trough a the a to z without any investigation 206-6184898-2865909refunded reason stated delivered to invailed address i have never heard so much bull delivery images and gps location were all provided which clearly shows delivery was delievred to the correct address i will now have to appeal and who knows wether these robots can sort it out properley seller support came back and said i wasnt at fault but still refuned the customer ?????????some support this is !!!!

One of the worst companies to deal with. My motherboard had a couple of small scratches right from the moment I got it out of the box. Didn't think they were important since everything was working fine. Two months later the RAM started malfunctioning and after a few tries and long customer service calls they asked me to ship it in for repairs. But as soon as they got it, warranty was rejected because of scratches on the board! To make a long story short, the price for "fixing" day 1 existing scratches was higher than the cost of the board. Who would pay more to fix than to buy a new one?Generally rude when contacted and without any sense of reasoning. That's ASUS these days. Done with it.

I was unable to access or communicate with the sitter. I am still unsure if she is even booked. I have not received any confirmation from care.com. I am not pleased with the site. I had a membership that I was basically forced into purchasing because of the site which I was also unhappy with so I unsubscribed to that. Overall not a great experience.

I joined 99designs as a designer. I created a few logos for a contest that was getting great feedback from the business owner and I thought that I had a great chance over the other designs to win or be one of the top contenders. Well, that didn't happen. Right before the contest was about to end, my designs got flagged and my account was suspended for posting too many designs (Seriously). Now, I have spent the last few years trying to get back onto the site and have been given nothing but the runaround and threats of deleting my account all together which cannot be undone (according to the email correspondence I received). After multiple emails back and forth over the years trying to reinstate an account that should have never been suspended in the first place, I think it is time for me to find another avenue. I highly suggest businesses do not use this site because of the way they treat their designers. We spend countless hours, years and sleepless nights perfecting our craft for a site like this to treat good designers so poorly.

This is like THE worst company. I have had nothing but trouble since I started buying items here. I bought a washer and dryer, paid almost 2,000$, paid for them to remove and haul away my old ones and install the new ones. THEY DID NOTHING. They dropped my new ones into my garage and left. They took me aver an hour to get any of my money back then they tried saying I didn't pay for installation, although my receipt says I paid 20 buck. I ordered an ice maker and it keeps getting pushed back day by day by day. I've already waited over a week . I will not shop here again!

A few years back I bought a GoPro8 Pro, didn't last long before I started getting the "no bettery" fault. Same old solutions from tech support, tried to repair it and sent it back with the same error. It essentially lasted a month then weeks of nothing before they finally admitted defeat and I was offered a discount voucher.A month ago I thought I'd try again with a GoPro 13 at £419. OMG what piece of junk. Within a week it kept overheating, switching off, 14 minutes of battery life and issues with focus.Tech support utterly ridiculous, same old nonsense over and over; factory reset, update firmware etc.Just don't do it. If they can't learn and keep putting out the same junk then don't buy it. There are far better and more reliable products out there. Went back to Amazon for a refund; Amazon call centre told me that most of these come back for a refund.

Trying to resolve an issue is impossible. As a seller, have sold an item, posted it, item received, then for some unknown reason buyer was refunded. I don’t have any idea why - no message, nothing. No contact for Depop in resolution centre - only for items you’ve bought not sellers. I’ve now removed all my items for sale as I can’t afford to lose money & items. Sticking with EBay & Vinted. Will leave Depop for my daughter to use. 🙁
