I would NEVER go to this business for RV repair. This owner Mitch Bellard over charges for repairs, parts and add's charges to the bill after you have given a deposit. I looked this business up and did not see anything real bad and that is why we went here. We are from New Jersey and because we were stuck this guy took advantage of our situation. Can you imagine spending $2,500.00 dollars and walking out with 4 Tires and two parts. All those charges were Processing fees, delivery charges, and price quote fees. We were RIPPED OFF by this business. I was even physically threatened by this guy simply for questioning these added charges. Again, the charges were added after, I had given a deposit. ALL RVers be aware this guy will rip you off. This guy should be ashamed of himself for taking advantage of people in a bad situation.

Poor experience with their sales team. I was waiting to purchase the Logitech MX Master Keys S and MX master 3S combo, for weeks they were out of stock and every time I tried to communicate with them on when they were going to get new stock, they did not know... nobody tried to find out for me and they all kept telling me to wait till Sunday evening when the website updates. One day last Friday someone from the sales team helped me purchase the items separately and offered me a discount too... of course I was going to take this on, but what I didn't know what that it was going to take long to arrive... I opted for the 1-2 business days option when placing the order so I was expecting to receive it today but they hadn't shipped the items until Monday evening, which meant ti was late arriving at UPS. UPS are now telling me that there was an issue with the flight my items came on but for some reason they cannot speed up the order and at the moment I do not know when it will be delivered. This is highly frustrating for someone who is excited to receive this product. Logitech items are good quality but do not purchase from their website!!!

I regularly use 2–3 similar companies, and this one offers quite attractive prices and generally delivers on the trips they sell.Unfortunately, during my last important trip, one of the excursions was cancelled by the operator without any explanation as to why. This was the only thing that let the experience down. With a proper explanation, I could have decided to book a different tour or made other arrangements with another company.Instead, the trip was simply cancelled without any information — whether it was due to the closure of the attraction, bad weather, or another reason. That information was really missing.Aside from that, the remaining excursions went ahead as planned and were excellent.

Hello Everyone, Hope this feedback will save others from DELL Products. I have recently purchased a laptop directly from DELL website and afterwards my life become hell. First of all, they send the wrong laptop configuration and afterwards their Customer Support Game begins to pass on Calls on different different departments where they will just loop to the customer and finally someone in between disconnect the call ultimately you have to start from starch and your issue never get resolved. I never recommend buying DELL laptop due to their worst laptop and customer services.Mostly if you are on happy path then you won't face any issue but in case of any issue you will came to know the truth of these so-called brand companies like DELL.I have never expected such kind of horrible services from DELL and never recommended any product buying from DELL, but choice is yours.Thanks

My account was Hacked over a week ago, all my personal details were changed, so there was no way I could access anything. Even putting my old details in, I could not restore or get back into the account. Worse still, Facebook has no contact details, and even using 2 E Mail addresses I had for them, explaining the situation, I heard nothing back from them. So now my account is being used by a Fraudster who easily managed to change all my details, whilst the real person cannot do anything. Totally useless Company.
