They scammed me out of $1000 so I switched to Xfinity mobile. After switching they refused to release my Phone number for over 6 hours. Multiple agents lied to me. Then, and I will be honest I cannot prove it, but 2 days after switching both my credit card and email were hacked. Its probably just a coincidence but the first time ever is right after I cancel with this shit company.

I've used amazon for years was one of their first prime customers back in the day. I've rarely had to contact them over the years but when I did in the past it was mostly a good experience. However I'm not sure what has happened but the lack of customer service lately has been horrific. I ordered a item that was meant to be delivered on the 21st December by one of their couriers not their own delivery people. Anyway i waited in all day kept checking for updates on the order etc nothing all day. No notification that it was even out for delivery. Eventually in the early evening i checked my account for the 8th time of the day and noticed the tracking had been updated the parcel was delayed and would be here by the 23rd at the latest. This item was needed for Christmas day so obviously concerned about this i contact amazon customer service and speak to a woman who keeps telling me it will be here by Monday I just need to be patient i just need to wait two days. Can i not just wait. She then claimed she would contact the courier and try and get it to me on Sunday whether she did or not I have no Clue. However it never came I had to arrange for a family member to sit in my house though just on the off chance. Monday comes around it get to 7pm in the evening and tracking is saying delivery by 10pm but its not showing the parcel having even been put out for delivery. I again contact customer services and am again talking to an associate who tells me the parcel will definately be here by 10pm i keep saying to him but its not left the couriers depot its not on a van its now 7.30 so how can you possibly know this. After going around and around in circles with this guy who clearly needs better training I ask to speak to his supervisor. He got hostile to say the least despite me repeating to him several times that i wanted to speak to his supervisor Im still waiting. Anyway i gave up eventually as i was getting nowhere with this staff member. Anyway the parcel didnt show up despite the promises and assurances of amazon associates. I then received a notification in the middle of the night saying the parcel is further delayed and possibly lost i can now apply for a refund. So I did i went on to process the refund however when i tried to do so it was saying i had to return the item if it shows up. This I dont have problem with the problem was the return options where not suitable as they were all drop offs. This item is mini oven and would be heavy and ackward to carry. I do not drive and the only options where for places miles from my home. I therefore contact customer support again. I spoke to 7 different people 1st person couldn't help me wasn't there department which i found strange as I've contacted amazon before about return options and never had an issue. Anyway he transfers me to someone else who says i don't need to return the item in the unlikely event it turns up. he was going to process the refund but then says he cant do it so he will transfer me to someone else. He transfers me to another associate she was very helpful also said i didnt need to return the item and she would process the refund as the items lost its unlikely to turn up. However before she can we lose the connection and i put through to another person who is helpful hes started to do the refund but then he asks me how i want to the return the item and the only options are drops off places again miles from my house. I said hold on the last two people I spoke to said I didnt need to return it and he says well normally you have to return it. I said so why did the last two people say I didn't need to. He cant give me a answer so I state if amazon want the item returned them amazon will have to pick it up I am unable to take it to any of the drop off locations which was the whole point of me contacting you all. I will not be dropping it off anywhere you want it back you can pick it up. I then asked to speak to a manager. He says ok but let me process the refund first and you don't need to return the item. I then gets put through to a manager who introduces himself but before i even have a chance to tell him the issue he decides I'm through to the wrong department he cant help me and transfers me. Let me be clear here he had no time to have read the transcript to have even known what my issue was to have decided this. Anyway he transfers me again but not to another manager but to an associate at the very first department the one that stated they couldn't help me and transferred me at this point i had been talking to your company now for 2 hours. This associate immediately transferred me to another manager who i will say was very apologetic and helpful. He stated that this should have all been dealt with on Saturday and i did not need to return the item and so. But my account is saying if the item turns up i need to return it to a drop off point.

Once a Great help but cannot get in without google. Try signing in with Nest-impossible!!I have Waisted too much valuable time in this once Great product. Google you ruined this!!!!!Hate this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It stinks!!!We have to redo password Every-time! I waisted my money.

Perks gotta go!!! Reverse racism is racism! Clearly he has no idea about basketball and doesn’t see Jokic as one of the best players in NBA history, period! All he sees is a white guy who “stole” mvp from embiid when he set records for player efficiency. You can’t have racism. Perk has to go… too bad… I used to love his commentary and a a Celtics fan, used to root for him. Peace out perk.
